We’re on the hunt for a part-time Webflow developer who lives and breathes the Client-First framework. You'll be working on a mix of:
- Figma-to-Webflow builds for client projects
- Template builds (for internal use and Webflow Marketplace)
- Ongoing maintenance for live client sites
We’re a small design-led team with a big focus on structure, consistency, and scalable systems. If you love class naming, clean spacing, tidy CMS, and polish — you’ll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
- Translating detailed Figma files into clean, responsive Webflow builds
- Working strictly with the Client-First system
- Contributing to or maintaining style guides, spacing systems, and text scales
- Building templates and live sites, sometimes from the ground up
- Maintaining, improving, and extending existing client projects
- Helping us improve our Figma-to-Webflow system mapping
- QA'ing your own work thoroughly — across viewports, links, CMS structure, etc.
Must-Haves
- Deep experience with Client-First methodology
- Great eye for spacing, structure, and typography scales
- Strong grasp of responsive behaviour across breakpoints
- Confident with Webflow CMS, interactions, and light animations
- Comfortable with Relume components (or similar libraries)
- Detail-oriented mindset — you take pride in tight, scalable builds
- Clear communicator and proactive collaborator
