Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Build responsive, interactive websites using Webflow, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
- Interactive Elements: Implement animations, transitions, and interactive components to enhance user engagement.
- CMS Management: Utilize Webflow's CMS to create and manage dynamic content structures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to translate design mockups into functional websites.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
- Maintenance & Updates: Regularly update website content, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Webflow: Demonstrated experience in building websites using Webflow, including CMS and e-commerce functionalities.
- Front-End Development: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and enhance Webflow projects.
- Design Acumen: Ability to interpret and implement design mockups from tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Responsive Design: Experience in creating mobile-first designs that function flawlessly across various devices and browsers.
- SEO Best Practices: Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques and Webflow's SEO tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently.
- Animation Libraries: Familiarity with tools like Lottie, GSAP, or similar for advanced animations.
- API Integrations: Experience integrating third-party services and APIs into Webflow projects.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
