We're Hiring: Webflow Developer (Philippines-based | Remote | Webflow + headless)
Dazlab is looking for a WebFlow developer who loves design and cares about the details — someone who can turn design files into polished, responsive web experiences.
We're a product development studio working across multiple time zones, but our dev and design teams work best in Sydney hours — which is why we're seeking someone from the Philippines to join our crew.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborating with designers to implement beautiful, high-fidelity designs
- Building responsive websites in Webflow and other modern front-end frameworks
- Working on headless CMS projects, often involving structured content and composable architectures
- Making thoughtful UI decisions, not just coding what's given
- Working alongside a globally distributed, friendly team that values quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- 🌐 Strong Webflow experience — this is non-negotiable
- 💻 Solid front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JS – and ideally React or Vue)
- 🧠 Experience with headless CMSs (like Sanity, Contentful, or Strapi)
- 🧑🎨 A real eye for design and UX — you care when a button is off by 2px
- 🤝 Great communicator who thrives in async teams and knows how to manage their own time
- 📍 Must be based in the Philippines
Nice to Have
- Expert with Figma or design handoff tools
- Animation chops (GSAP, Lottie, etc.)
- Familiarity with Git and modern dev workflows
