Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery across all active projects, from initial scoping through to deployment
- Architect and build complex Webflow sites using Client First, Mast, and Lumos frameworks

- Integrate third-party tools and APIs including Zapier, Make, and CRM platforms
- Establish and maintain code quality standards and review processes across the team
- Collaborate with designers and developers to raise the quality of output studio-wide
- Contribute to client-facing technical conversations, communicating clearly and confidently with global brands
- Adapt to a platform-agnostic approach — selecting the right tool for each brief, including headless CMS (Contentful, Sanity) and Shopify where required
Qualifications
Skills
- Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and GSAP
- Expert-level Webflow development including CMS architecture, interactions, and performance optimisation
- Motion and animation fluency — you make interfaces feel alive with intention
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones using tools including Slack and ClickUp
Experience
- 5+ years of professional development experience, with genuine seniority in at least one major platform

- Ability to accurately follow Figma designs
- Strong attention to detail
Good to Have
- Agency experience
- Experience with animation-heavy or interaction-driven websites
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or Airtable
- Basic understanding of SEO and performance
What We're Looking For
- Someone who can execute without constant supervision
- Good communication and ability to take feedback
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Willingness to learn and improve

The Work
Design and implement a secure, scoped workflow that enables Claude to make approved updates to client's Webflow CMS. The deliverable is a production-ready integration with clear access controls, a human-in-the-loop review step, and documentation for handoff.
Key Responsibilities
Page Design and Build
- Design and build new Webflow pages that are consistent with client's existing brand, visual system, and site structure
- Work from design direction or briefs to translate concepts into responsive, polished Webflow builds
- Apply client's existing design tokens, component library, CMS structure, and style conventions throughout
- Ensure all new pages are responsive, performant, and optimized for SEO
- Collaborate with the marketing team to iterate on layouts and content before publishing
Claude Integration and Secure Workflow Design
- Architect the Claude-to-Webflow integration via MCP or REST API, with least-privilege access scoping
- Configure OAuth, API key management, and guardrails against unintended publish or structural changes
- Implement a draft/staging workflow for review before any AI content goes live
- Test against expected scenarios and failure modes, then document and hand off to the team
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years Webflow development, including CMS architecture and API work
- Experience integrating Webflow with external systems via MCP, REST APIs, or webhooks
- Familiarity with Claude/Anthropic MCP or equivalent LLM tool-use protocols
- Strong grasp of OAuth 2.0, token scoping, and access control design
- JavaScript or Python for integration logic
- Clear documentation skills; this ends with a handoff, not a black box
Countries: Paraguay, Bolivia, Colombia, Mexico.

Role Purpose
Firstsource is rebuilding its enterprise web presence on Webflow Enterprise, backed by a modern, API-first, full-stack architecture. This role leads the engineering effort across the entire website platform — owning the technical vision multi-domains digital estate where Webflow serves as both the CMS and visual development environment, while Next.js/React powers custom front-end experiences and server-side logic where Webflow's native capabilities end. You will architect how Webflow's CMS, Designer, and APIs integrate with custom application logic, third-party services, and data systems. The expectation is a builder who can move between Webflow's visual environment and code with equal fluency — and who brings the architectural judgment to know when each is the right tool. You are expected to have a working understanding of other development platforms to enable migration.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture: Webflow Enterprise as the CMS and visual builder, Next.js/React for custom front-end logic, and a clean API layer connecting both to enterprise systems
- Design and enforce API-first integration patterns — Webflow CMS API and Data API, Hubspot CRM connectors, analytics pipelines in GA, and third-party services
- Architect a modular, component-driven front-end aligned with the UI/UX design system, ensuring reusability across 50–60 custom templates
- Make sound build-vs-extend decisions: know when to solve a problem natively in Webflow and when to build a custom solution in code
Webflow Platform Mastery
- Lead the Webflow Enterprise implementation end-to-end — CMS Collections, component-based page building, custom code embeds, localization, and enterprise permissions
- Build and maintain Webflow-to-custom-application content pipelines using Webflow's CMS API and Data API
- Configure Webflow's Designer and Editor environments so non-technical content and marketing teams can publish confidently within governed guardrails
- Manage multi-site architecture within Webflow Enterprise for subsidiary and brand microsites across the Firstsource domain portfolio
- Stay current on Webflow's evolving capabilities (Apps, Logic, Localization, Memberships) and evaluate them for adoption as they mature
API-First Integration & Data Layer
- Implement server-side and edge rendering strategies for pages or features that exceed Webflow's native capabilities — dynamic personalization, gated content, complex search
- Ensure PII handling, data pipeline security, and compliance with enterprise data governance standards across all integration points
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX Designer to ensure design tokens and components translate cleanly into Webflow's component structure and custom code
- Partner with the Content Manager to ensure CMS Collections, content structures, and publishing workflows are technically robust
- Conduct code reviews, define engineering standards, and own technical documentation for the platform
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of professional full-stack web development experience
- Deep expertise in Webflow — Designer, CMS Collections, custom code, hosting, enterprise features, and the CMS/Data APIs
- Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript ecosystems
- Proven experience architecting API-first web platforms where a visual CMS and custom code coexist
- Strong command of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and third-party API integration patterns
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, SSR/ISR, edge caching)
- Experience integrating CRM systems (Hubspot and Google Analytics required) with web platforms
- Strong knowledge of web security, PII handling, and enterprise compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-domain or multi-brand web estates on Webflow Enterprise
- Experience with AI/ML integration in web platforms — personalization engines, dynamic content assembly, or LLM-driven features
- Familiarity with structured content modeling and content fragment strategies
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and internationalization

About Us
We're Epic Slope Partners, an AI-powered growth agency working with ambitious AI Native and B2B SaaS companies. We don't just drive traffic, we build sites that convert. We've shipped Webflow work for 20+ global brands, and our clients keep coming back for one reason: fast, pixel-perfect builds that perform.
We're looking for a Webflow Developer to help us launch distinct-looking, high-converting, well-crafted websites for clients and internal projects. If you love clean builds, sleek animations, and making Figma come to life in Webflow (and you can do it fast), you'll feel right at home.
About the Role
This isn't just a dev-shop role. You'll collaborate directly with founders and marketing teams to build Webflow sites end-to-end. Part developer, part designer, part problem solver.
Two kinds of projects land on your desk, and you're comfortable with both:
- Figma-to-Webflow builds: a design is handed off, and you translate it into a pixel-perfect, responsive build.
- Ground-up design & development: you design in Figma from the brand positioning, then build it. Some projects are yours from a blank canvas to launch.
Speed matters here. Our clients love us for ultra-fast, high-quality turnarounds, sometimes a multi-page build on a day's notice. You thrive on autonomy, detail, and fast iteration, and you communicate clearly with clients along the way.
What You'll Do
- Build pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow sites, both from Figma handoffs and from your own designs
- Design in Figma from brand positioning on ground-up projects
- Build CMS-powered content structures (blogs, directories, resources) that clients can manage without a developer
- Implement custom interactions, transitions, and scroll-triggered animations that guide attention
- Build custom integrations: HubSpot and advanced multi-step forms, API integrations, and embedded HTML / CSS / JS
- Migrate sites to Webflow from WordPress, Framer, and other CMSs while preserving content, design, and SEO
- Optimize for performance, page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, clean URLs, and on-page SEO
- Manage and maintain Webflow sites across clients and internal projects, including post-launch support and client handover
- Collaborate with our SEO and content teams to bring ideas to life
- QA your own work, pixel pushing is a feature, not a bug
What We're Looking For
- 5-6 years of hands-on Webflow experience
- Strong portfolio of live Webflow projects
- Strong design portfolio (Figma, Behance, etc.), you can both build from handoffs and design from scratch
- Solid eye for layout, spacing, typography, and responsive design
- Fluency with Webflow CMS and visual interaction design
- Comfort building custom integrations and embedding code (HTML / CSS / JS); ability to work with APIs
- Working knowledge of SEO and performance. Core Web Vitals, structured data, page speed (we promise these to clients)
- Clear, responsive communication with clients. Quick to respond, easy to work with, good at managing revisions
- Ability to deliver high-quality work on fast timelines without sacrificing polish
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
- Understand how design systems and component libraries work
- Know how to export clean assets from Figma
- Have experience with Webflow Logic
- Have migrated sites between CMS platforms before
- Have opinions on animation timing and easing functions 😄
Why Join Us?
- Build sites that ship and convert, not sit in a backlog
- Work closely with a smart, friendly team across SEO, design, and content
- No micromanagement. Just trust and transparency
- Flexible hours, Hybrid Setup, and fast feedback loops
- You'll see your work live, and you'll see it perform
If you get excited about bringing designs to life and pushing Webflow beyond templates, we'd love to talk.

About Us
Right now, 25% of CO2 emissions in Europe are caused by heating our buildings. In order for this to be reduced, the transition towards renewable energy needs to be simplified and made more accessible. There are too few installers to meet the growing demand for heat pumps, and a solution to match this trend needs to be brought to the market.
autarc is developing the leading operating system (OS) for heat pump installers, enabling a more digital and efficient installation process for heat pumps.
Through this, autarc is reducing the hurdles to decarbonizing single-family homes and small apartment buildings in Europe, with the goal to help with the planning and designing of 1 million heat pumps by 2030.

We are not working with search firms for this role, thank you

We're looking for a Webflow developer who can own the build side of a client project end-to-end. You'll take a Figma file from our design team and turn it into a Webflow site that's clean, performant, animated well, technically sound, and easy for the client to manage themselves after we hand it off. You'll work directly with Parth on direction and with Sarthak on delivery.
We're not looking for someone who builds sites that work today and break in six months. We want someone who thinks about how the site holds up over time — how the CMS scales, how easy it is for the client's marketing team to add a new page without us, how the technical foundation supports SEO and AEO. A well-built site keeps clients with us longer; a fragile one ends the relationship.
What you'll do
- Build Webflow sites from Figma using either the Lumos or MAST framework. If you're already on one, we'll get you onto the other.
- Write custom JS and GSAP for animations, scroll interactions, and anything Webflow's native interactions can't handle cleanly
- Set up API connections — CMS integrations, form integrations (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Make/Zapier), third-party data, whatever the project needs
- Structure CMS collections, references, and dynamic templates so the client can actually manage their site after we ship — not just us
- Get the technical SEO foundation right: clean semantic HTML, proper heading hierarchy, schema markup (Organization, Product, FAQ, BreadcrumbList, etc.), correct metadata, sitemap, robots.txt, OG tags, canonical URLs
- Build accessible by default — WCAG 2.2 AA on every page, including the Webflow-specific gaps the Designer doesn't cover (focus states, ARIA, keyboard navigation, color contrast, alt text)
- Run our QA process before handoff: cross-browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, mobile), responsive across breakpoints, asset optimization (WebP + responsive variants), CMS naming and structure, custom code documentation
- Find your own ways to move faster with AI — we don't mind which tools you use. The point is that your process is efficient and you ship more work in less time
- Join client calls when needed (we won't throw you in cold)
What we need
- 2+ years building sites on Webflow as your primary tool
- You know Webflow in and out — CMS, components, interactions, logic, localization, custom code embeds, the limits of the platform
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You can read the code Webflow generates and you can write your own when needed.
- GSAP fluency. Scroll-triggered animations, timelines, custom easing — you've actually shipped this stuff.
- Experience with API connections from Webflow — either through native integrations, Make/Zapier, or custom code hitting external APIs
- You've worked with a component-based Webflow framework — Lumos, MAST, Client-First, or similar
- Technical SEO fluency. Schema markup / JSON-LD, semantic HTML, heading hierarchy, metadata, sitemap, robots, internal linking, structured data. You know what gets indexed and what doesn't, and you've actually shipped schema in production.
- Accessibility is a baseline for you, not an afterthought. WCAG 2.2 AA, ARIA, keyboard navigation, focus management. You know where Webflow falls short on accessibility and how to fix it.
- You build for the client to manage after handoff. Clear CMS structure, sensible field names, reusable components, documented custom code. You think two years ahead, not just to launch day.
- Fluent with AI tools in your dev workflow. We don't care which ones — Claude, Cursor, whatever you've found works. For animation logic, debugging, custom JS, structuring complex CMS setups. If you're not using AI to code faster yet, this role isn't for you.
- Written English is solid. You'll be in client Slacks and on calls.
How we work
- Async-first. Slack + Notion + Figma + Loom
- One weekly call with the team
- Project calls with clients when needed (usually 1–2 per project per week)
How to apply
Send the following to parth@digihotshot.com with the subject "Webflow Developer — [Your Name]":
- 3–5 Webflow sites you've built. Live URLs, your role on each, and what was custom vs. native Webflow. Send read-only webflow links to alteast 3 of them
- One project where you wrote meaningful custom code — GSAP, an API integration, anything non-trivial. Share what you built and why.
- One example of how you handled technical SEO or accessibility on a project — schema you shipped, an accessibility fix that mattered, or a CMS structure you built that survived a year of client use.
- How you currently use AI tools in your dev process. Be specific — not "I use ChatGPT sometimes." Show us.
- Loom (max 3 min) walking us through the Webflow project you're most proud of — including a look inside the Designer, not just the live site. We watch every Loom.
