Project Overview
Eden is seeking a senior Webflow developer to support high-velocity page builds, landing page iterations, and CRO-driven website execution—while contributing to the ongoing health and scalability of our Webflow system.
This role is execution heavy. The majority of the work involves hands-on, page-level front-end development: building new pages, iterating on existing templates, implementing experiments, and translating design intent into production-ready Webflow builds. At the same time, the contractor is expected to apply system-aware judgment so that rapid execution does not degrade shared components, CMS structures, or overall site maintainability. This project requires a strong Webflow builder with good design instincts who also understands how their work fits into a larger site ecosystem.
Scope Of Work (Primary Responsibilities)
Page-Level Webflow Development
- Page Builds & Iteration: Build and iterate on landing pages, marketing pages, and CRO-driven variants directly in Webflow.
- Design Execution: Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive Webflow implementations, making informed decisions around spacing, hierarchy, and layout where designs are incomplete or evolving.
- Responsive QA: Ensure pages behave predictably across breakpoints with strong attention to alignment, spacing, and interaction states.
- Experiment Implementation: Support CRO initiatives by building test variants and experiment-ready page structures without breaking layout or tracking.
System-Aware Webflow Contribution
- Reusable Patterns: When appropriate, abstract repeated page patterns into reusable components or templates instead of duplicating work.
- Class Discipline: Follow and reinforce existing class naming conventions and layout systems to avoid CSS entropy.
- CMS Usage: Build pages and templates that leverage existing CMS collections cleanly and efficiently, flagging opportunities for improvement when needed.
- Collaboration with Webflow Systems Lead: Work within established architectural guidelines, escalating structural changes rather than independently re-architecting systems.
Performance, QA, & Reliability
- Production Standards: Treat all page updates as production changes, with awareness of shared components and downstream effects.
- Regression Awareness: Avoid breaking shared templates, symbols, or global styles during fast iteration cycles.
- Performance Mindset: Make reasonable front-end decisions that support fast load times and layout stability.
Experimentation & Analytics Support
- CRO Collaboration: Implement A/B and multivariate tests (VWO or equivalent) with safe CSS targeting and experiment isolation.
- Analytics Enablement: Support GTM and analytics instrumentation needs as they relate to page builds and experiments.
- Measurement Safety: Ensure page-level changes do not compromise tracking accuracy or test validity.
Qualifications
Contractor Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of professional web development experience, with strong hands-on experience building Webflow pages and templates at scale.
- Webflow Strength: Proven ability to execute quickly in Webflow while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Front-End Skills: Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals (responsive layouts, flexbox/grid) and practical JavaScript for DOM interaction, experiments, or integrations.
- Design Literacy: Comfortable working in Figma and making layout and spacing decisions without relying on pixel-perfect specs.
- CRO / Marketing Environments: Experience supporting landing pages, experimentation, or high-iteration marketing teams.
- Professional Independence: Contractor determines hours, methods, and workflows required to meet agreed deliverables.
- Tools & Equipment: Contractor provides their own equipment.
Preferred
- Experience working in regulated or conversion-critical environments (healthcare, fintech, etc.).
- Familiarity with GTM, VWO, GA4, or similar tools.
- End-to-end builder mindset: experience owning projects from early research and competitive analysis through wireframes, design exploration, build, and iteration.
Project Success Metrics
Success Will Be Evaluated Based On
- Execution Quality: High-quality, production-ready page builds with strong QA and responsiveness.
- Velocity: Ability to support rapid page iteration and experimentation without creating rework.
- System Respect: Page-level work that fits cleanly into existing Webflow systems and standards.
- Reliability: Minimal regressions during high-frequency updates.
- Collaboration: Smooth coordination with CRO, Design, Analytics, and the Webflow systems owner.

About the Role
Webflow developer to build premium startup websites—high-quality production at pace. Clean, fast, professional sites that make funded startups look like the real companies they're becoming.
You'd be the first dedicated Webflow developer on the team—setting the technical foundation, building the component library, and eventually leading a team as we scale.
About Secret Agency
We build websites for funded startups. $1,000/month subscription, unlimited updates, Webflow-based. Our clients are seed and Series A startups—especially in deep tech, biotech, and AI—who need to look like the real companies they're becoming.
We're a spinoff from OPTIO, a pitch deck consultancy that's helped 500+ startups raise over $3B in venture capital. We understand what investors and customers look for, and we build sites that deliver credibility.
Currently at $215K ARR and growing fast. Both businesses punch above their weight because we care more than our competitors.
What You'll Own
- Ship 4+ sites per month (typically 5-6 pages each) from polished Figma handoffs
- Build the component library and style system that becomes our technical foundation
- Deliver clean, excellent work consistently—with the occasional 'wow' moment when a project calls for it
- Hit 90+ Lighthouse scores across the portfolio
- Handle ongoing updates for existing clients—crisply scoped, delivered to you with clear Figma specs
Success Metrics
- Sites shipped per month (target: 4+, typically 5-6 pages each)
- Client revision rounds per site (target: ≤2)
- Lighthouse performance scores (target: 90+)
- Average build time from Figma handoff to first review (target: 5 business days)
- Update request turnaround (target: 48 hours)
- Zero sites requiring rebuild due to technical debt
Creativity & Craft
Most of the time, it's about clean, excellent execution—sites that just work. But we love the occasional flourish. When a project calls for it, we want you to experiment with GSAP, Lottie, and custom code to create interactions that elevate the work. We want someone who knows when to keep it simple and when to add the 'wow' moment.
AI-First Mindset
You use AI to move faster—Cursor, Claude, Relume, whatever gives you leverage. We want someone who ships twice as much because they've figured out how to make AI do the tedious parts while they focus on the craft.
The Workflow
You'll receive polished Figma files with clear specs—not napkin sketches, not client emails. Figma on one screen, Webflow on the other. Your job is to translate great designs into great builds with speed, attention to detail, and an eye for beauty.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years Webflow development
- Portfolio of 10+ live Webflow sites (URLs, not screenshots)
- Expert-level Webflow interactions and animations
- Solid HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals
- Client-First or similar naming methodology
- Webflow CMS and dynamic content
- Responsive design across all breakpoints
- Shopify / E-commerce sites experience
- Fluent English
Nice to Have
- GSAP, Lottie, or other animation libraries
- Finsweet attributes and CMS filtering
- Custom code when native Webflow isn't enough
- Performance optimization (lazy loading, image compression, caching)
- Figma proficiency for inspecting designs
- API integrations (Zapier, Make, custom)
- Previous lead developer or standards-setting experience
Culture
We honor craftsmanship. We take pride in doing excellent, beautiful work even when the client won't notice the details. If cutting corners bothers you, you'll fit in here.
We take care of our people. We have 10 employees across two businesses. In four years, no one has voluntarily left. The people who are good stay, grow, and get paid more every year.
We work hard and we rest. During work hours, we're all-in. Outside work hours, we expect you to have a life. Take real vacations.
Intellectual curiosity is required. You'll be building sites for AI defense companies one week and biotech startups the next. That should sound interesting to you, not exhausting.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary depending on experience, paid in USD via direct deposit
- All software covered—Webflow, Figma, AI tools, whatever you need
- Fully remote—work from wherever, manage your own schedule
- High-quality projects—real design work for real companies, not template churn
- Ownership—you're building the technical foundation and eventually leading a team
- Stability—recurring revenue model means predictable workload
- 15 days PTO + 10 days sick leave annually
- Annual company retreat
- Annual salary review with performance-based increases

About Xcelerator Dental
Xcelerator Dental (XD) is a fast-growing dental marketing agency focused on simplifying the path to growth for dental practices. We take the stress of marketing away so practice owners can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Our websites are a core part of that mission. We design and build award-winning websites using our in-house XD methodology, delivered primarily in Webflow, with supporting projects in WordPress.
As we continue to scale, we are expanding our development team. You will work closely with our Lead Developer, Carl, supporting day-to-day development, maintenance, improvements, and new builds across our client portfolio.
Role overview
This role is focused on Webflow first, WordPress second.
You will be responsible for building landing pages, implementing design updates, maintaining existing sites, improving performance, fixing issues, and ensuring every website adheres to XD's internal systems for structure, accessibility, conversion, and usability.
You do not need to be a full-stack developer, but you must be confident working with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) and comfortable extending platforms when required, while respecting existing systems and methodologies.
This role suits someone who is technical, diligent, independent, and methodical, and who takes pride in clean, reliable work.
Key responsibilities
Webflow development (primary)
- Maintain, update, and optimise existing Webflow sites following XD's methodology, class naming conventions, and component systems
- Build and roll out landing pages using reusable components and clean structure
- Implement layout changes, content updates, accessibility fixes, and performance improvements
- Structure projects using best practices for global styles, symbols, components, CMS collections, and page hierarchy
- Build interactions and animations using Webflow's native Interactions panel
- Manage Webflow CMS collections, templates, filters, and conditional visibility
- Ensure sites are fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Manage publishing workflows and on-page SEO settings
- Implement and adjust custom code embeds (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) where required
WordPress development (secondary)
- Maintain and update WordPress websites, including content changes, layout updates, and plugin troubleshooting
- Build or update templates using page builders such as Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, or similar
- Assist with client handovers and inherited WordPress builds
- Implement theme changes, plugin configuration, and light PHP tweaks where required
- Ensure sites are secure, backed up, and running efficiently
- Work with designers to translate XD mockups into responsive WordPress layouts
Technical skills & experience
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on Webflow experience in a production environment
- Solid understanding of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and page builders
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to modify or write basic JavaScript when needed
- Confident working within existing builds without breaking structure or functionality
- Strong understanding of responsive design, browser behaviour, and layout systems
- Experience optimising sites for performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO
- Confident using Google PageSpeed Insights and implementing improvements
- Ability to QA your own work thoroughly and spot issues beyond the task brief
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- Comfortable working independently without being spoon-fed
- Able to manage multiple tasks across multiple websites
- Uses AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality and oversight
Desirable
- Experience with Lottie, Rive, After Effects, or GSAP
- Familiarity with PHP for WordPress theme tweaks
- Understanding of Figma for reviewing and interpreting designs
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and semantic markup
- Experience working in an agency or multi-site environment
How we work
You will work closely with Carl, our Lead Developer, and collaborate with designers, marketing, and client success teams. You will follow XD's internal processes for documentation, versioning, and handover, and support troubleshooting on live sites when issues occur.
Clear communication is essential, especially when tasks are ambiguous or feedback comes from non-developers. We value developers who notice issues beyond the brief and leave things better than they found them.
Who this role is perfect for
This role is ideal for someone who loves building and maintaining clean, high-performing websites, takes pride in structure and detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and wants to grow their skills in Webflow and modern front-end development.

We are looking for a remote Webflow design and development outfit with required experience in UX, and related expertise in Figma, and Relume. This role is open to a qualified individual, or a team. We have an extensive website that requires Wordpress to Webflow migration, a full site about to be launched on Webflow, and several landing pages built on Webflow.
This is an Eastern United States-based company, but website work coordination is done through the marketing manager in the Philippines. The role is open to Webflow experts anywhere in the world, but fluent English is required for a smooth work process.
