Job Overview
10x10 Booths is a global exhibition stand design and build company headquartered in Texas, USA. With over 10 years of experience and 200+ exhibitions delivered across the US, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, we create high performance exhibition booths for brands exhibiting internationally across prominent trade shows including CES, NRF, GITEX, IMTS, Gulfood, and the Dubai Boat Show, to name a few.
Exhibit Merch is our sister brand and merchandise storefront, offering close to 800 premium SKUs that event organizers and exhibitors can browse and shop. Unlike a standard ecommerce site, the final call to action connects the customer with a brand expert to finalize customization and order details, rather than a direct checkout.
As we build out our marketing and digital team, we are looking for a Webflow Developer to join us. This is a build role. You will be the first dedicated developer hire at 10x10 Booths, owning the technical build across both 10x10Booths.com and Exhibit Merch. You will work closely with our SEO Executive and marketing team, with clear visibility into how your work connects to real business outcomes. As the brand grows across new markets and verticals, there is a clear path to a senior position with broader technical ownership.
The role is fully remote with working hours following India timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
Responsibilities
Across Both Sites
- Webflow Development and Customization: Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow. Build reusable components and scalable CMS collections, translate design mockups into production ready pages, and customize functionality with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and custom code where required.
- Performance and Analytics: Optimize performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and page speed. Set up analytics and tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console), troubleshoot issues, and follow a proper staging and QA process before publishing changes live.
- CRM and Lead Workflows: Integrate lead capture forms with CRM platforms and marketing tools, and ensure clean data flow between website forms, chat and WhatsApp interactions, and our CRM (HubSpot). Create lead qualification workflows that help identify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- AI and Automation: Implement chatbot solutions, AI chat assistants, and WhatsApp Business integrations. Build automation workflows using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms, and apply AI and LLM tools within these workflows for tasks such as lead scoring and routing.
- Collaboration and Growth: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time, and stay current with the latest Webflow features, AI tools, and web development best practices.
10x10 Booths
- SEO Focused Page Development: Build and maintain landing pages targeting shows, countries, regions, and industries for SEO, structuring pages for international SEO across our active markets (US, UAE, Europe, Africa, Asia), working closely with our SEO Executive.
- Technical Troubleshooting and Hygiene: Diagnose and fix existing site issues that require coding expertise, and maintain the site from a technical hygiene perspective (broken links, redirects, crawl issues, structured data, etc.).
Exhibit Merch
- Product, Category, and SEO: Build and maintain product and category pages across a catalog of roughly 800 SKUs using Webflow Ecommerce, structuring CMS collections, filtering, and navigation for browsing at scale, and optimizing pages for SEO (titles, schema, internal linking, sitemap structure).
- Conversion Flow Support: Support the site's shop, then connect with a brand expert conversion flow. This is not a traditional ecommerce checkout flow, and requires thinking about lead handoff rather than payment processing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience developing websites using Webflow, including Webflow Ecommerce, with a strong understanding of Webflow CMS and reusable component architecture.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience managing large, content heavy sites with hundreds of dynamic pages or products.
- Experience integrating outside applications, APIs, and automation platforms, including CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
- Experience implementing lead capture forms, chatbot platforms, AI chat solutions, and WhatsApp Business integrations, along with working knowledge of applying AI and LLM tools within automation workflows.
- Experience targeting US and international markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, clear communication, and the ability to explain technical decisions to non technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ecommerce or product catalog SEO specifically.
- Experience working with B2B or SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with Webflow Logic and custom integrations.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Staff Brand Designer who works in the space between brand and web—someone who can hold a brand idea and build it themselves. Our marketing site is where most people meet Webflow, which makes it the primary surface of our brand rather than a place we put finished work. You'll design that experience and take it all the way into production on our own platform. The brand doesn't stop at the site, though—it shows up in campaigns, conference environments, film, and the product itself—and you'll work across those surfaces too. The border between those disciplines is disappearing in practice: a conference identity now ships as a motion system and a site in the same breath, and an announcement has to hold in a keynote and a viewport in the same week. This role also sits closest to the edge of what's newly possible, so we care most about someone who is already experimenting—putting AI and agentic tooling to real use and bringing back what holds up. You'll sit on Brand Studio, Webflow's in-house creative team, as a senior individual contributor working alongside brand designers, motion, and marketing partners.
About The Role
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $162,500 - $195,000
- Zone B: $153,300 - $184,000
- Zone C: $143,300 - $172,000
Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
- 177,000 - 213,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the Manager, Brand Studio
As a Staff Brand Designer, you'll…
Design The Web As Our Primary Brand Surface
- Treat webflow.com as the place most people meet the brand, and design it as an experience rather than a stack of sections.
- Shape pacing, narrative, and flow across a visitor's path, not just the layout of individual pages.
- Express the brand through behavior—type, motion, interaction, and state—not only through how a frame looks at rest.
- Extend the brand system into web-native patterns and components that other designers and marketers can use without you in the room.
Work in the space between brand and web
- Design and build in the same motion, carrying work from brand idea to shipped page without handing it off at the seam.
- Act as the primary technical owner of Webflow's marketing surface area, from CMS architecture to component systems to publishing workflow.
- Build on Webflow as our most sophisticated customer, so the site stands as proof of what the platform can do rather than an exception to it.
- Hold the craft bar on brand expression and the technical bar on implementation at the same time, and know when the two are in tension.
- Make architectural calls that balance ambition against performance, scalability, and the cost of maintaining them a year from now.
- Ship launches, campaign pages, and fixes with speed and accuracy under real deadline pressure, including moments like Webflow Conf, and own performance, accessibility, and SEO health as ongoing commitments.
Work Across The Brand's Other Surfaces
- Bring the same standard to work that isn't a website: campaign systems, conference environments, editorial, film, and the brand's expression inside the product.
- Design for coherence across surfaces, so an idea that starts on the site still holds up in a keynote, a video, or a physical space.
- Understand how a brand system has to behave differently in each medium, and help evolve the system itself rather than only its web expression.
Experiment, And Put What Works Into Production
- Work in the open with AI-assisted design and development, generative code, and agentic build tooling, and bring back what actually holds up under a quality bar.
- Explore advanced and pre-release platform capabilities and ship them ahead of the market.
- Build the experiments that make an argument—a working prototype that settles a debate faster than a deck would.
- Use generative and agentic tooling where it closes the gap between designing a system and building it, which is increasingly the same act.
- Develop the team's practice as you go, so a tool you proved out this month is something everyone is using next month.
- Feed real practitioner insight back to Product and Engineering, because you're building on the thing we sell.
Unblock the business
- Partner with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Growth, Legal, and Events to get campaigns and launches live without compromising the site.
- Reduce dependency bottlenecks by making your expertise available early, when decisions are still cheap to change.
- Mentor designers and marketers through pairing, feedback, and the systems and guardrails you build for them.
- Translate technical constraints into plain language so non-technical partners can make good tradeoffs themselves.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
Requirements
About you:
- BS/BA college degree or relevant experience
- 8+ years of experience spanning brand design and web design or development, with work that clearly shows both
- Demonstrated experience designing marketing websites as a primary surface of a brand—narrative, flow, and interaction across a journey, not just individual page layouts
- Deep, demonstrable Webflow expertise, including complex CMS structures, components, interactions, performance work, and system-level thinking
- Experience contributing to brand work beyond websites—campaigns, environments, editorial, motion, or product surfaces—with a view on how a brand system has to change shape in each
- Active AI fluency: you are already using AI and agentic tooling in real production work, and can show what you have built with it, what you have thrown away, and how you tell those apart
- Familiarity with code: you read HTML and CSS comfortably, can follow and adapt JavaScript, and are not stuck when a build needs to go past the visual editor. Professional development experience is not required.
- A portfolio that shows both identity-level craft and shipped, high-traffic sites you can speak to at the architecture level
You'll thrive as a Staff Brand Designer if you:
- Think about a website as an experience with pacing and narrative, rather than a set of pages to be laid out.
- Treat new tools as material to be tested rather than trends to have an opinion about, and can tell the difference between a capability and a demo.
- Move fluidly between a type-scale decision and a CMS schema decision, and consider neither beneath you nor outside your job.
- Are as interested in what the brand does in a room or a keynote as in what it does in a viewport.
- Like that the work is public evidence—people inspect how webflow.com is built to decide what the platform can do.
- Reach for a prototype before a deck, and would rather show the thing working than describe it.
- Think in systems first, and can explain why you structured something the way you did three releases later.
- Care about craft at the level of a 40ms transition and a 200-page class system in equal measure.
- Bring calm and clarity to complex, fast-moving launches, and would rather surface a risk early than absorb it quietly.
- Want meaningful technical ownership without formal people management, and get real satisfaction from scaling your impact through standards, tooling, and mentorship.
- Communicate well with people who don't share your vocabulary, and give feedback that makes work better rather than smaller.
- Have opinions about where the web is going as agents take on more of the building, and are already testing them in production.
- Stay curious and open to growth—demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
Our Core Behaviors
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Deliver with speed, quality, and craft. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we do so without lowering the bar.
Benefits
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that's actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.

Icovy Marketing is a commercialization acceleration partner for MedTech and regulated healthcare innovators. We build brands, campaigns, and websites that look and perform like the category leader. We are hiring a senior developer to own that last part. Our clients operate in MedTech, Healthcare, and FDA-regulated industries, and marketing in this space carries constraints most agencies never touch: claims need evidence behind them, tracking needs consent discipline, and builds need to be HIPAA-conscious from the first wireframe. You do not need to arrive with HIPAA experience. The compliance side can be taught. What cannot be taught is raw technical ability, and that is what we hire for.
The Role
Webflow and WordPress are the core of our work, and you are deep in both. But the reason this seat exists is range. You are the developer we can point at any web problem: an enterprise marketing site with multi-site routing, an IP-gated resource hub, a headless build, an e-commerce project, a custom integration no plugin covers. You pick the right tool for the job, you build custom solutions when platforms run out, and you learn quickly whatever the project throws at you. You will be the technical lead on client web projects from architecture through launch and optimization, owning the quality, performance, and on-time delivery of every web property we build and manage.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and ship high-end marketing sites in Webflow, including CMS architecture, interactions, and responsive builds that match designs pixel for pixel
- Architect and maintain builds beyond a single platform when the project calls for it: WordPress, Astro, e-commerce, IP-gated experiences, multi-site routing, and headless architectures
- Build scalable CMS architecture and content workflows that let marketing teams ship updates without waiting on a developer
- CRM integration and workflow management (HubSpot, etc)
- Own the marketing technology layer: Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixel and retargeting implementation, and cookie consent and privacy compliance, with HIPAA-conscious builds as standard practice
- Support conversion rate optimization across the portfolio: A/B testing, landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting that ties web work to leads and pipeline
- Own performance, technical SEO, accessibility, and QA so every launch is fast, stable, and conversion-ready, and collaborate directly with strategy, design, and account teams
Where This Role Integrates
The development work is the foundation. On top of it sits conversion rate optimization, with substantial room to grow that side of the role. You will help build the systems that attribute marketing work directly to leads and sales pipeline, then run the testing programs that turn that data into results for our clients and for Icovy. This is a foundational seat at a growing agency: as results compound, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead our web and CRO practice, working directly with the founder on the projects that grow the business.
What You Bring
- A strong portfolio of live production work. This is required, and it is the first thing we review.
- 5+ years building production websites, with deep, demonstrable Webflow and WordPress work
- Enterprise capability you can point to in shipped projects: some combination of multi-site architecture, IP gating or gated content, headless builds, scalable CMS design, or complex third-party integrations
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, and the instinct to build a custom solution when a platform hits its limit
- Range across stacks: you choose tools based on the problem, not habit, and you pick up new ones fast
- Self-direction and an eye for detail: you can take a brief, ask the right questions, notice the 2px misalignment, and deliver without hand-holding
Bonus Points
- Motion and interaction work (GSAP, Lottie, Webflow Interactions)
- Hands-on GTM and GA4 configuration, and A/B testing or landing page optimization experience
- Fluency with AI tools and APIs, and a point of view on where they belong in web development
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, MedTech, FDA-regulated, finance)
- Consent management platforms (OneTrust, Cookiebot) and email or marketing automation (Klaviyo, HubSpot)
The Caliber of Work We Expect
These sites represent the level of design, polish, and complexity you should be able to architect and build on your own, end to end:
- Definitive Healthcare – www.definitivehc.com
- Medtronic – www.medtronic.com/en-us/index.html
- Omnicell (pharmacy and medication management) – www.omnicell.com
- Doximity – www.doximity.com
- Genesis (clinical lifecycle management platform) – www.genesisahc.com
- MIS (contract design and development for catheters) – www.midwestint.com
- Natus Medical – natus.com
- Cordica Medical – www.cordicamedical.com
Details and How to Apply
Full-time, salaried. Starting at $90,000 - $120,000 base depending on experience, plus medical and dental coverage, 3% IRA match, discretionary bonuses, and all nationally recognized holidays.
Utah-based candidates preferred; remote within the United States considered for exceptional talent. You will work on a steady stream of MedTech and Healthcare brands where quality and credibility matter.
To apply, send your portfolio, 2-3 sites you are most proud of (with a note on exactly what you built), and a short intro to apply@icovy.com with the subject line "Icovy Web Developer". Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.

N4 Studio is a global digital agency of around 60 people, specialising in Webflow design, development, and growth. We hold the distinction of being Webflow's number one agency partner in the world. Our culture is built for international collaboration: clear communication, shared ownership, and a genuine respect for people doing great work regardless of where they are located.
Who You Are
- 5+ years experience in a digital agency or hands-on web role, with a significant portion in QA or launch/release management
- Proven experience owning QA for website builds or migrations end-to-end, not just executing test scripts written by someone else
- Hands-on experience building or implementing test automation, e.g. automated regression checks, link/crawl monitoring, visual regression tools, or scripted QA workflows (Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
- Comfortable writing basic scripts (JavaScript, Python, or similar) to automate repetitive checks, or confident scoping this work for a developer to build
- Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, metadata management, and indexing controls
- Comfortable working with content-heavy websites and structured CMS environments, including large-scale content migrations
- Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and SEMRush, ideally with experience automating or scheduling parts of these workflows
- Experience supporting CRM and marketing integrations, ideally HubSpot, including form logic, lead routing, and tracking validation
- Familiarity with the Webflow platform specifically, including its CMS, staging/publishing workflow, and API is a strong plus
- Methodical, organised, and reliable under delivery pressure, with the judgement to prioritise issues based on risk, impact, and launch timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, you can document findings clearly and explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- A track record of improving a QA process, not just following one
What You Will Be Doing
- Owning website QA prior to launch, including content accuracy, functionality, and technical checks
- Designing and running structured pre-launch and post-launch audits to ensure sites meet N4 standards
- Identifying which parts of the QA process can be automated, and building or specifying the tooling to do it, reducing reliance on manual, repetitive testing over time
- Managing content migrations including content mapping, validation, and quality control
- Ensuring SEO and AEO fundamentals are implemented correctly before launch
- Reviewing and validating metadata, schema markup, indexing rules, redirects, and internal linking
- Identifying and resolving issues such as broken links, 404s, redirect errors, and crawl issues, ideally via automated monitoring rather than manual checks
- Supporting CRM and marketing integrations including forms, lead routing, and tracking setup
- Validating analytics and conversion tracking in GA4 and related tools
- Monitoring post-launch performance and flagging issues or optimisation opportunities
- Collaborating with Technical Delivery Leads and developers to resolve issues efficiently and to build automated checks into the delivery pipeline
- Documenting QA findings, migration notes, launch sign-offs, and the automation tooling/processes you build, so they're maintainable by the wider team
Benefits & Perks
- Fully remote work environment with a globally distributed team.
- Work with a leading Webflow partner agency.
- Opportunity to impact processes and build innovative tools.

About the Role
Location: Colombia (Remote) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Compensation: ~$25,000 USD/year (commensurate with experience)
We're looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to work closely with our team to clean up, optimize, and refine our company website across desktop and mobile. This isn't a from-scratch build — you'll be taking an existing site and elevating it: tightening up design details, improving responsiveness, fixing interaction issues, and making sure everything performs well across devices and browsers.
We need someone who treats Webflow as a craft, not just a tool — someone with a genuine eye for design, obsessive attention to detail, and a track record of shipping clean, polished, responsive, interactive websites.
What You'll Do
- Audit our current Webflow site and identify design, layout, and UX issues across desktop and mobile
- Clean up existing structure: classes, styles, components, and CMS collections, reducing bloat and inconsistency
- Refine visual design details — spacing, typography, alignment, hierarchy — to a polished, professional standard
- Build and improve responsive layouts that hold up cleanly across breakpoints (not just "technically responsive")
- Design and implement interactions and micro-animations (Webflow native interactions) that feel intentional, not gimmicky
- Optimize page speed and performance (image handling, asset loading, clean code output)
- Fix cross-browser and cross-device inconsistencies
- Work directly with designer on an ongoing basis — this is a close, iterative collaboration, not a one-off handoff
- Maintain a clean, organized Webflow project (naming conventions, reusable components, style guide discipline) so the site stays maintainable long-term
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on Webflow experience, with a portfolio that clearly demonstrates strong visual design sense — not just functional builds
- Deep fluency in Webflow's design and interaction systems: classes/combo classes, CMS, interactions, responsive breakpoints
- Strong eye for detail — you notice a 2px misalignment or an awkward line-break without being told
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles beyond Webflow's default breakpoints
- Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS/JS for custom code embeds when Webflow's native tools aren't enough
- Experience optimizing for page speed and Core Web Vitals
- Professional English communication skills, written and spoken — you'll be in regular calls and async communication with the team
- Comfortable working independently, taking ambiguous feedback ("this feels off, can you fix it?") and translating it into concrete design/dev decisions
- Based in Colombia, able to work substantially overlapping hours with US Eastern/US timezone
Nice to Have
- Experience with Figma-to-Webflow handoff
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals as they apply to Webflow builds
- Experience with Webflow's e-commerce or CMS-heavy builds
- Prior experience working directly with a founder/small team (fast feedback loops, shifting priorities)

- The ability to work effectively as part of a small, fully remote team
- An existing right to work in the UK
You don't need to tick every box. We're more interested in genuine craft, curiosity and good judgement than a perfect checklist.

- Webflow knowledge or experience designing with development constraints in mind
- Marketing, conversion-rate optimisation or growth
- Brand identity or visual-system work

This is primarily a hands-on website design role. You’ll need good UX judgement and an understanding of how people navigate and use websites, but extensive user research or product-discovery experience isn’t required.
The role is available for three or four days per week, depending on experience and availability. As the agency and its pipeline grow, there may be scope for the role to become full-time.
What you’ll work on
- Designing bespoke websites in Figma
- Developing page structures, user flows and information architecture
- Creating responsive designs for different screen sizes
- Taking projects from early concepts through to launch-ready handover
- Working closely with Webflow developers to ensure designs are practical to build
- Presenting your thinking and responding thoughtfully to client feedback
- Improving headlines, calls to action and basic page copy where appropriate
- Creating occasional case studies, social content, pitch materials and other marketing assets
- Supporting lighter-touch brand refreshes, including wordmark refinements, typography and visual direction
What we’re looking for
- A strong portfolio showing professional website design work
- Confidence using Figma, including components, variables and established design systems
- A good understanding of responsive layouts, user experience and visual hierarchy
- The ability to explain your design decisions clearly
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
- Strong project and time-management skills, including keeping tasks updated in project-management software, estimating work realistically and meeting agreed deadlines
- A practical, open-minded approach to AI tools, using them where they can improve the design process or final output without replacing your own judgement
- The ability to work effectively as part of a small, fully remote team
- An existing right to work in the UK
You don’t need to tick every box. We’re more interested in genuine craft, curiosity and good judgement than a perfect checklist.
Useful additional experience
The following would be helpful, but none is essential:
- Copywriting, particularly headlines and calls to action
- Webflow knowledge or experience designing with development constraints in mind
- Marketing, conversion-rate optimisation or growth
- Brand identity or visual-system work
- Motion design, video editing or 3D
What we offer
- Fully remote working
- A choice of three or four working days per week
- Flexible hours around agreed core availability
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, pro rata
- Equipment provided
- Quarterly team meetups
- Support for training and professional development
- Autonomy to help shape our design process
- Client projects from your first week
- The possibility of the role growing as the agency’s pipeline develops

About Square Waves
Square Waves is a fast-growing digital agency partnering with leading B2B companies across manufacturing, construction, professional services, and technology. We design, build, and launch digital ecosystems that modernize operations and accelerate growth.
We're a team of creative problem-solvers who care about high-quality work, smart systems, and real results. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment where design meets strategy and technology, this is the place to grow.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Webflow Website Designer who combines design sensibility with technical know-how to plan, build, and launch top-tier websites.
You'll own projects from concept to launch, collaborating with clients to define architecture, style, and user experience. From initial mockups and information architecture to SEO strategy, CMS structure, and launch details like redirects, you'll create websites that are both visually refined and technically robust.
Key Responsibilities
Web Design & Development
- Build responsive, accessible, and conversion-focused websites in Webflow using best-practice class naming and structure.
- Create sitemaps and wireframes in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Present design directions and visual style options to clients and adapt based on feedback.
- Translate designs into production-ready Webflow builds using strong attention to detail, consistent class structure, and reusable components.
- Implement Webflow Interactions and Animations that enhance user experience and match brand tone.
Technical Execution
- Manage DNS configurations confidently — connect domains, swap records, troubleshoot site launches — while ensuring no disruption to other services like email.
- Handle launches, redirects, and version control; ensure proper setup of 301 redirects and basic SEO structure.
- Implement basic SEO/AEO fundamentals: meta tags, alt text, indexing, canonical URLs, and integrate with tools like Google Search Console, SE Ranking, or SEMrush.
- Set up basic integrations via Zapier, Make, or direct API hooks (e.g., form submissions to CRMs, automation tools).
Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with clients and internal teams through every phase: discovery, design, development, and post-launch.
- Interpret client feedback and translate it into actionable design/development updates.
- Provide consultative input — explaining when a request may not be the best UX or technical choice.
- Document build structures, component systems, and launch notes for internal handoffs and long-term maintenance.
Maintenance & Optimization
- Manage ongoing site updates, content changes, and post-launch optimization requests.
- Troubleshoot issues in Webflow or connected systems.
- Monitor basic site performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience designing and building websites.
- Proficiency in Webflow (CMS, Interactions, Class Systems, and Launch Workflow).
- Experience mapping information architecture, creating wireframes, and building client-ready site maps.
- Understanding of DNS, domain management, and how to safely update or troubleshoot records.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools and fundamentals.
- Experience with automation/integration tools like Zapier or Make.
- Familiarity with connecting Webflow forms and sites to CRMs or marketing systems.
- Excellent design sensibility, with proven experience producing high-quality, on-brand visuals.
- Strong communication and client collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in an agency environment managing multiple client projects.
- Familiarity with other no-code platforms (WIX, Squarespace, WordPress).
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Analytics, or conversion tracking.
- Understanding of A/B testing or personalization tools.
- Light knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting edge cases.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Work with an ambitious, talented team building digital experiences that make an impact.
- Opportunity to grow - we're scaling quickly and encourage ownership.
- Remote flexibility with hybrid options in the Chicago area.
- Competitive salary, unlimited PTO, and full benefits.
