About the Role
We're looking for a Webflow Developer who can help us build high-impact, narrative-driven, scrollytelling websites for fast-growing, agentic companies; including YC-backed startups and teams preparing for major GTM moments.
This role is not about assembling templates or shipping generic marketing pages. You'll be working on:
- Scroll-driven storytelling websites
- On-scroll video experiences
- Rich interactions and motion-heavy layouts
- Modern, non-conformative design systems
- High-performance, production-ready builds
You'll collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and founders to translate bold creative intent into precise, performant, responsive implementations.
This is a role for someone who cares deeply about craft, detail, and execution quality, and who enjoys pushing Webflow (and the browser) beyond default patterns.
Are you for us?
Don't apply if:
- You rely heavily on pre-made Webflow templates or no-code shortcuts.
- You've never built interaction-heavy or motion-driven websites.
- You treat responsiveness, performance, or naming conventions as afterthoughts.
- You don't care about pixel-level accuracy or motion timing.
- You struggle to collaborate with designers or translate visual intent into code.
- You avoid experimentation or feel uncomfortable pushing technical boundaries.
Are we for you?
Apply if:
- You enjoy building scrollytelling, immersive, interaction-first websites.
- You have strong hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, components, and advanced interactions.
- You understand and follow semantic HTML, SEO/SEM naming conventions, and accessibility best practices.
- You care about responsiveness across breakpoints and performance optimization.
- You understand CDN usage, asset optimization, and real-world deployment concerns.
- You have a strong design eye and can spot when spacing, motion, or hierarchy feels off.
- You want to work on websites that directly influence fundraising, GTM, and brand perception.
Must need previous work with:
- Lottie / Rive
- GSAP
- Anime.js
- (Bonus) p5.js or other creative-coding tools
Why CNVRT?

- Understanding of paid media landing page requirements
- Experience working alongside performance marketing teams
(Minimal Development Experience Is Required)
What We Offer
- Remote-first, globally distributed team
- Design ownership across real, high-impact client projects
- Opportunity to work closely with paid media and growth teams
- Clear role focus without unnecessary engineering overhead
- Exposure to high-growth startups and performance-driven environments
Compensation

- Grew from 4,000 to ~40,000 patients in the UK, and received selective NICE endorsement to provide service to the NHS

About Aikido
🌍 We're taking on the crusty global cyber market, the "no-BS" security platform for devs. In the past, only large enterprises needed to worry about security. Today, cybersecurity has become the top concern of 75% of all CEOs, from startups to enterprises.
This means more work for developers, who need to become security experts and ensure their platforms are secure. But it's hard. The market is riddled with overcomplicated, expensive tools that aren't fit for developers. So, we founded Aikido.
We are the no-bullsh*t security platform that developers actually like to use. One central platform that shows devs what matters and how to fix it, so they can get back to building.
Why work with us?
Founded in 2022 by third-time serial founders, with $25M funding in the bank, we're dead set on getting security done for devs. This is a chance to join an all-star team early, take ownership, and push boundaries.
Aikido is hiring a Senior Webflow Designer focused on clean, premium design and scalable systems. This is a design-first role. You will evolve Aikido's visual identity online, build a scalable website design system, and simplify our Webflow setup so we ship faster with consistent quality.
You will own the website end-to-end, from design to Webflow implementation, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth. If you like turning messy websites into clean, maintainable systems, this role fits.
Responsibilities
- Own Aikido's website design system in Figma and Webflow, including typography, layout, components, and docs.
- Raise website quality by simplifying pages, sharpening hierarchy, and increasing polish.
- Standardize Webflow by removing one-off styles and building a scalable component system.
- Build reusable landing page blocks like heroes, features, CTAs, testimonials, FAQs, and pricing.
- Design and ship new Webflow pages with strong detail, clean structure, and solid QA.
- Work with Marketing and Product to turn messaging into clear web storytelling.
- Continuously refine and polish the site over time.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio with high end web design and sharp visual polish.
- Deep Figma expertise with scalable components, systems, and documentation.
- Solid Webflow skills with clean, scalable builds.
- Strong grasp of responsive design and UX basics.
- Enjoy simplifying messy systems into clear patterns.
- Fast and independent, comfortable in startup chaos without shipping sloppy work.
- High ownership mindset: you spot issues and fix them.
Nice to have
- Light motion/interaction skills (Webflow interactions, Lottie).
- Basic HTML/CSS comfort for small custom tweaks.
- Experience with conversion-focused design for SaaS.
- Experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you can expect
- High-impact position in a fast-growing company.
- Fast growth of responsibility.
- Competitive salary package.
- A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere (see our culture page on the website for more details).
- Flexibility in working hours.
You will be recruited based on competencies. Qualities of people are decisive, regardless of gender, religion, ethnic origin, age, sexual orientation, or disability.

We're looking for a Designer & No-Code Developer (Webflow specialist) to join our team and help us ship fast, high-quality web experiences. Sitting at the intersection of design and development, you will translate ideas into working products using AI-generated prototypes, no-code tools, and thoughtful manual refinement.
Our workflow is speed-first: we create quick AI-generated prototypes with rough content, gather stakeholder feedback, and then fine-tune and polish the experience in Webflow. We're looking for someone who is deeply comfortable using AI tools, pre-built templates, and smart shortcuts—and knows when and how to refine them manually or extend them with code to achieve production-ready quality.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Driven Prototyping & Execution
- Rapidly create AI-generated prototypes (structure, layouts, rough content) to explore ideas and validate direction quickly
- Iterate on these prototypes based on stakeholder feedback and refine them into polished, production-ready Webflow builds
- Leverage AI tools, pre-existing templates, component libraries, and automation to minimize build time without compromising quality
- Continuously evolve our workflow to make design-to-deployment faster and smarter

- Use custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) when and where required—especially in cases where Webflow's native no-code capabilities do not fully support the desired interaction, behavior, or integration
- Optimize functionality, performance, and scalability across user groups
Design & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive UI/UX experiences
- Develop and refine high-fidelity mockups and prototypes in Figma
- Apply strong UI/UX fundamentals to elevate AI-generated or template-based outputs
- Stay up to date with design trends, no-code best practices, and emerging AI workflows
Core Qualifications:
- Native fluency in Webflow and Figma—you understand these tools inside out
- Strong experience fine-tuning layouts, interactions, and responsiveness in Webflow
- Comfort extending no-code builds with custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when needed
- Solid UI/UX design fundamentals and visual sensibility
- Comfort working with AI-powered tools for prototyping, content generation, layout exploration, or workflow acceleration
- Experience building SaaS websites or applications
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Lottie, or similar is a bonus
Experience
- 5 years building websites, of which
- 2+ years of Webflow
- 2+ years of SaaS / B2B websites
Career Interests & Mindset
- Strong curiosity about AI, no-code tools, and emerging platforms
- Passion for learning, experimenting, and staying ahead of the curve
- Bias toward action, iteration, and shipping over perfection
Interpersonal & Execution Skills:
- Fast, efficient turnarounds with a clear focus on outcomes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in parallel
- Clear communicator who collaborates smoothly with designers and developers
- Proactive, helpful, and solution-oriented attitude
