# Webflow Build: B2B Marketing Site Rebuild from Polished Mockup (Wix → Webflow Migration)
**Budget:** $8000-12,000
**Timeline:** 8–10 weeks from kickoff
**Engagement:** One-time project + 30 days post-launch support
**Location:** Remote (any time zone)
## About the company
Next Gen Vans (nextgenvans.com) is a Brooklyn-based custom vehicle conversion company. We build Mercedes Sprinter vans and Unicell box trucks for organizations that need mobile workspaces — community health clinics, health insurance enrollment teams, nonprofits, law enforcement field operations, and corporate clients. We're the B2B sister brand of Brooklyn Campervans.
Current site is on Wix. We've outgrown it. We've completed a full content strategy, sitemap, messaging framework, and a polished interactive HTML mockup (v6). Now we need a Webflow specialist to make it real.
## What you'll be building
A ~50-page B2B marketing site on Webflow with:
- 1 homepage with custom interactions (full-page video hero, vertical hover-reveal cards, scroll-responsive SVG vehicle anatomy diagram, 3D-perspective marquee carousel)
- A reusable industry landing page template + 4 priority verticals built at launch (we will populate the remaining 5 ourselves via the Webflow Editor)
- 3 case study pages built from a CMS template (so we can add more without engineering)
- Standard pages: About, Process, Technology, Resources, Contact, Section 179, Locations
- **Blog system** built as a CMS Collection. Migrate ~15 existing posts from Wix; we expect to grow to roughly 50 total posts. Template should include: category and tag fields (displayed as badges, no filtering UI required), related posts, author bylines, and per-post SEO meta fields editable via the Webflow Editor.
- Working contact forms and a "Get a Quote" CTA system feeding to email (no CRM integration required at this stage)
- **Webflow CMS plan setup** (or Business plan if total CMS items warrant it — confirm during scoping)
- Clean Wix → Webflow migration with 301 redirects preserving every ranking URL (especially `/post/mobile-clinic-and-outreach-van-price`)
**Out of scope for this project** (we'll handle separately):
- The `/mobile-office-van-builder/` configurator stays on its current platform for now and will be linked from the new site
- Original photography, video production, or illustration
- New copywriting (we have the copy)
- CRM setup itself — just the form-to-CRM connection
## What we're providing
- **Complete v6 HTML mockup** (single file, 50 pages, 99 internal links, fully interactive — your design source of truth)
- **Sitemap and page-by-page content strategy doc**
- **All website copy** (final, written, approved)
- **Brand assets** (logo, color tokens, typography)
- **Existing photography** (van builds, install shots)
- **Project status doc** with brand voice rules and content guardrails
You will not be designing from scratch. The mockup is your spec. Your job is to translate it into production-grade Webflow.
## Required experience
- **3+ years building production Webflow sites** (not just templates — real custom builds)
- **Demonstrated CMS depth**: at least one portfolio piece using a single template to render 20+ items from a CMS collection with reference fields
- **B2B marketing site experience** — service businesses, SaaS, or professional services (not just agency portfolios or restaurants)
- **Wix-to-Webflow migration experience** with documented redirect strategy
- **Schema markup competence** — Organization, Service, FAQPage, Article, LocalBusiness JSON-LD implemented from scratch
- **Mobile-first responsive build skills** with a real understanding of Core Web Vitals
- **Comfortable with custom code embeds** for interactions the Webflow Designer can't handle natively (the scroll-responsive anatomy diagram in particular)
## Nice to have
- AEO/GEO awareness — understanding how to structure content for AI Overview citation
- Experience with GSAP or similar JS animation libraries
- Past work in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or B2B physical-product categories
## Deliverables
1. Fully built Webflow site matching v6 mockup, mobile responsive, deployed to staging
2. CMS collections set up for case studies, blog posts, vertical pages, and resources
3. 301 redirect map from old Wix URLs to new Webflow URLs (every page accounted for)
4. Schema markup on all key page types
5. Form submissions wired to email
6. Webflow Editor training session for our team (1 hour, recorded)
7. Launch coordination with our domain provider
8. 30 days of post-launch bug fixes and minor adjustments included
## Milestones & payment
- **20% on contract signing** (kickoff)
- **30% at staging build complete** (homepage + vertical template + CMS architecture live on staging)
- **30% at full site complete on staging** (all pages, all redirects, all schema)
- **20% at production launch + Editor training delivered**
## How to apply
**Read this section carefully — incomplete applications will be skipped.**
Send a short message (no more than 300 words) covering:
1. **Three Webflow sites you've built**, with live URLs. At least one must demonstrate CMS depth (a template rendering many items from a collection).
2. **Your answer to this question:** *We have an existing blog post at `/post/mobile-clinic-and-outreach-van-price` that ranks well on Google. Walk me through how you'd handle that URL during the Wix → Webflow migration.*
3. **Your answer to this question:** *Looking at the v6 mockup, the homepage has a scroll-responsive vehicle anatomy diagram with animated SVG callout lines that activate as the user scrolls. How would you build this in Webflow?*
4. **Your answer to this question:** *Walk me through how you'd architect the blog CMS Collection (fields, categories, tags, author handling) and the blog template (related posts, SEO fields) for a site that will hold roughly 50 posts.*
5. **Your fixed-bid quote** for the scope above and your **proposed timeline**.
6. **Your time zone and typical async response window.**
We'll review applications on a rolling basis and shortlist 3–5 candidates for a 30-minute video call within 2 weeks of posting. Final decision within 3 weeks.
**Please do not** send a generic agency pitch deck, propose a different platform, suggest we redesign first, or quote hourly without a fixed-bid number. Those applications will be declined without reply.
## Why this project is worth your time
- Polished mockup means you're building, not designing — your output goes live
- Real B2B brand with a clear strategy, not "we'll figure it out as we go"
- Portfolio piece in a category most Webflow builds don't touch (industrial / commercial vehicles)
- Clean scope, clear milestones, fast decision-making, prompt payment
- Potential for ongoing retainer work post-launch (case study additions, vertical expansions, sister brand work)

The Role:
You'll be the go-to Webflow expert on the team — building polished, performant websites, writing custom code where Webflow alone isn't enough, and leading projects from kick-off to launch. You'll report directly to the founder and collaborate closely with designers and clients, so being a clear communicator is just as important as being a great builder.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow sites — translating Figma or other design files with high fidelity
- Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow tools hit their limits
- Lead and manage projects — setting timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring delivery on time and to spec
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs (e.g., analytics, marketing tools, automation workflows)
- Optimise sites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Clearly communicate progress, blockers, and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What we are looking for:
We need someone with at least 2 years of hands-on Webflow experience — 3 years is ideal. You should be comfortable writing custom code solutions and confident in leading projects independently without needing hand-holding. Strong communication skills are a must; you'll be speaking with clients and stakeholders regularly, so you need to translate technical decisions clearly to non-technical people. You'll also need to share a portfolio of at least 5 live Webflow projects — we want to see the range and quality of your work before anything else.
Brownie Points:
You'll stand out if you've worked at an agency before — we move fast, juggle multiple projects, and agency folks tend to hit the ground running. Bonus points if you've worked with Webflow CMS, Memberships, or Ecommerce, have experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make, or have a solid grasp of SEO and web performance best practices.
What's in it for you:
We pay above market — your skills deserve to be compensated properly. On top of that, you'll earn bonuses tied to project delivery, so great work gets rewarded directly. Working hours are flexible; we care about output, not clock-watching, across a 5-day week. You'll report straight to the founder with no layers or politics in between. We also believe in investing in the people who work here — pick up books, take courses, keep growing, and we'll back you on it.

We're looking for a part-time Webflow & Conversion Marketer to improve how MontBlancAI presents itself online and converts traffic into leads.
You'll work to refine our homepage, build landing pages, and continuously improve clarity, structure, and performance across our marketing funnel.
This is a hands-on role combining Webflow, design, and data-driven optimization.
⸻
Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain our Webflow homepage (structure, clarity, UX)
- Design and build landing pages for campaigns and use cases
- Identify and fix conversion bottlenecks using GA, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Suggest and implement improvements to messaging and page structure
- Support SEO/AEO/GEO basics and campaign execution (pages, tracking, flows)
⸻
About You
- 2+ years experience with Webflow (design + implementation)
- Strong sense for clean, structured, high-converting layouts
- Comfortable using analytics tools (GA, HubSpot, etc.) to guide decisions
- Able to refine and improve existing copy (not full copywriting role)
- Self-starter who can independently execute and suggest improvements
- Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, CRO, SEO, AEO, or GEO
⸻
Package
- $15–$30/hour depending on experience
- ~10 hours/week (flexible)
- Remote, freelance
- Start: ASAP

We are looking for a highly capable Product Design Lead who can independently translate business goals, technical direction, and platform requirements into high-quality product UX, website experiences, and campaign designs. This role will also own Webflow-ready design standards, publishing quality, and execution guidance for junior designers. The ideal candidate is both a strong thinker and a strong operator—someone who can take high-level inputs, shape them into clear design direction, and ensure consistent execution across product and digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities

- No evidence of design systems, reusable components, or scalable thinking.
- Requires heavy direction to begin or complete design work.
- Cannot explain design decisions in a clear, structured, and logical way.
Work Location
Bangalore
Hybrid work model, with regular on-site presence required.

What's Optio?
At Optio, we tell the stories of exciting new startups to accelerate their fundraising journeys. We've told the stories of founders developing revolutionary treatments for Alzheimer's, batteries that let electric cars drive from LA to NY on a single charge, and exciting TV shows. Our newer venture, Secret Agency, builds the websites that go alongside those stories. We're hooked on craft.
We're hiring one Junior Webflow Developer, based in Latin America and working US hours (MT or ET).
What's your culture like?
We work our tails off and we Sabbath. That means we work hard and we respect people's time at home. We believe work is a good thing, and we believe rest is sacred. You're not supposed to check email on weekends or on vacation. Take well-deserved vacations. Work your tail off when you're at work.
We honor craftsmanship. We serve the work, not the client, first. We take pride in doing excellent, beautiful work even when we know the client won't notice. If a hover state isn't quite right, we fix it. If an interaction is janky on mobile, we rebuild it. The client may never see the diff. We will.
Intellectual curiosity is the engine of this business. Our clients span industries, daycare chains one week, defense AI the next, film studios after that. If you don't love learning new things fast, you'll hate this job.
Am I a good fit?
- Do you geek out over a perfectly tuned ease curve?
- Have you ever rebuilt a site at 11 PM because you knew you could make it cleaner?
- Do you have opinions about naming conventions and you'll defend them?
- Does the phrase "pixel-perfect across breakpoints" sound like a goal, not a chore?
- Do you read changelogs for fun?
- Do your friends describe you as detail-obsessed?
- If you've read this, include the words "Crimson Octopus" in your application.
What would I be doing?
Build. Building beautiful, performant Webflow sites that look like they cost six figures.
Animate. Crafting Webflow interactions and animations that feel intentional, not gimmicky. Hover states, scroll triggers, page transitions. The whole vocabulary.
Structure. Building out CMS collections, dynamic content, and reusable components so the site scales cleanly and the client can manage it without breaking it.
Iterate. We are constantly iterating on design, copy, and code to deliver world-class websites. We argue furiously (in a happy and healthy way) about whether a corner radius should be 8px or 12px. If that sounds tedious, this isn't the job. If it sounds fun, keep reading.
What qualifications and background are we looking for?
- 2-3+ years of Webflow development
- Portfolio of live Webflow sites (URLs, not screenshots, we want to click around). Quality over quantity, send us the work you're proud of.
- Strong Webflow interactions and animations
- Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, you should be comfortable dropping into custom code when Webflow's native tools hit a wall
- Client-First (or similar naming methodology) used consistently in your work
- Webflow CMS and dynamic content, including filtering, sorting, and conditional visibility
- Responsive design that holds up across every breakpoint, not just desktop and mobile
- Fluent English, written and verbal
Where will I be working from?
Remote, anywhere in Latin America, working US hours on either Mountain Time or Eastern Time. Central Time is our home base, so either MT or ET gives us the real-time overlap we need.
Compensation
We're recruiting in LatAm because we want to find world-class talent that will stay with us for decades. We're not doing this because labor is cheaper. Our evil plan is to find incredibly talented, delightful people who we can overpay and treat really well so they never, ever want to leave. We want someone who will build sites with us for the next 20 years and become the very best in the world at it.
We'll start folks out at a salary on the generous side of fair. If you're performing well after a year, we'll pay you in the top 5% of salaries for your role in your country. Plenty of vacation. Real weekends.
Interested?
Send us your portfolio and a short note. We want to see your best work. If you're proud of three sites in particular, tell us why.

This is an opportunity to craft no code digital experiences that feel sharp, thoughtful, and alive.
Verve is a strategic branding studio, made up of strategists, designers, developers and problem solvers of all stripes. We work across our twin studios in Amsterdam and The Hague to solve brand problems for companies around the world.
We work with businesses that aspire to grow through design and storytelling, and we partner with them to articulate who they are and what they stand for.
We are looking for a Visual Developer (Webflow) who builds high quality, no-code digital experiences using Webflow. We need someone who brings strong design sensibilities together with technical craft, and who cares deeply about clarity, performance, and interaction.
In this role, you translate high-end design into thoughtful, scalable Webflow builds without writing traditional code. You work closely with designers, strategists, developers, and fellow makers to create digital work that feels intuitive, refined, and built with care.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building responsive, high-quality websites and digital experiences in Webflow
- Translating high-fidelity designs (Figma) into structured, scalable, and visually polished builds
- Crafting interactions, micro-motions, and transitions that elevate the experience
- Setting up CMS, dynamic content, and meaningful site structures
- Experimenting with no-code tools and smart automations when useful (e.g. Airtable, Make, n8n)
- Collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and fellow developers to deliver reliable, high-impact work
- Thinking beyond visuals: contributing to performance, UX, and technical improvements
- Iterating based on feedback, insights, and design intent
About You
- You're passionate about visually-driven digital work and know how to make it real in Webflow
- Webflow feels like second nature and you know how to push it for structure, performance, and interaction
- You enjoy turning high-fidelity design into beautiful, usable digital experiences
- You care deeply about detail: layout, motion, consistency, and polish
- You work independently with ownership, but collaborate easily with peers
- You're comfortable experimenting with new tools, workflows, and ideas
- You stay curious and continuously look for ways to improve your craft
Experience with tools like Airtable, Make or n8n is a plus, not a must.
What You'll Get
- A creative and ambitious team that elevates quality and pushes ideas forward
- Freedom to experiment with tools, tech and workflows
- Competitive salary and benefits
- Projects that challenge and inspire, and outcomes you can be proud of
- A culture that values ownership, growth and meaningful contribution
You'll work at least 32 hours per week, with at least three days working on site in our studio in Amsterdam or The Hague.

About The Role
We are running two of the world's most demanding tech events—TOKEN2049 (the premier crypto conference) and SuperAI (the definitive AI summit). We are looking a Webflow Developer who can make immediate changes to live sites, is on standby reasonably (no 6-hour lag times), and treats team collaboration as seriously as code quality.
If you prefer solo "dark mode" development—this isn't for you.
What You'll Own
- Immediate execution: Push live changes to TOKEN2049 & SuperAI Webflow sites within minutes/hours of request (not days).
- On-standby availability: Be reasonably reachable during agreed peak hours—expect rapid responses for high-priority event updates (speaker drops, schedule changes, ticket bar status).
- Cross-event synergy: Maintain consistent component libraries between both event properties.
- Zero-downtime deploys: Manage Webflow hosting, custom code injections, form integrations (ticketing/sponsors), and third-party embeds (calendar, maps, livestream).
- QA under pressure: Test across devices/regions before every live push.
Must-Haves
- Webflow expert: 2+ years deep Webflow experience (CMS Collections, Logic, Memberships, custom attributes, finsweet attributes).
- Immediate change-ready: Your workflow is built for speed—no "I'll look at it tomorrow."
- Standby sensibly: You communicate clear hours and honor them.
- Team player mindset: You'll work directly with marketing, product, ops, and C-level. You ask for context, offer solutions.
- Async-native collaborator: You document your changes clearly, leave helpful context in threads, JIRA comments, and keep teammates unblocked without needing a live call
- Willing to teach & share: You're happy to walk teammates through what you built, write a quick explanation in Slack, or create a short Loom. Treat knowledge-sharing as part of the job.
- Code-injection capable: HTML/CSS/JS snippets, custom form handlers, Zapier/Make webhooks.
- Performance obsessed: 90+ PageSpeed Score on heavy event pages.
Nice to Have
- Experience with high-traffic event landing pages (crypto/AI/tech summits).
- Familiarity with Webflow + HubSpot/Mailchimp/Salesforce integration.
- Basic Figma ability to interpret rapid design changes.
How We Work
- Slack-first: You reply within 30 mins during agreed standby windows.
- No silent rollbacks: Every change is communicated on the team thread.
- You proactively flag risks: "If we add this animation, the schedule widget might break on mobile. Let's test first."
- You share what you know: If a teammate asks how something works, you explain it. If the same question comes up twice, you document it. The team gets smarter together.
- Async is a first-class citizen: We don't expect real-time availability around the clock—but we do expect clear written updates, well-described changes, and enough context that the next person isn't left guessing.
Why Join This Role
- Directly shape the digital face of two leading global tech events
- Work with a high-speed, high-autonomy team.
- Immediate start. Clear scope. No bureaucracy
Location: Fully remote

Role Purpose
Firstsource is rebuilding its enterprise web presence on Webflow Enterprise, backed by a modern, API-first, full-stack architecture. This role leads the engineering effort across the entire website platform — owning the technical vision multi-domains digital estate where Webflow serves as both the CMS and visual development environment, while Next.js/React powers custom front-end experiences and server-side logic where Webflow's native capabilities end.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture: Webflow Enterprise as the CMS and visual builder, Next.js/React for custom front-end logic, and a clean API layer connecting both to enterprise systems
- Design and enforce API-first integration patterns — Webflow CMS API and Data API, Salesforce CRM connectors (Leads and Contacts as distinct objects), analytics pipelines, and third-party services
- Architect a modular, component-driven front-end aligned with the UI/UX design system, ensuring reusability across 50–60 custom templates
- Make sound build-vs-extend decisions: know when to solve a problem natively in Webflow and when to build a custom solution in code
- Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines, preview/staging environments, and deployment automation for both Webflow-hosted and custom-hosted components
Webflow Platform Mastery
- Lead the Webflow Enterprise implementation end-to-end — CMS Collections, component-based page building, custom code embeds, localization, and enterprise permissions
- Build and maintain Webflow-to-custom-application content pipelines using Webflow's CMS API and Data API
- Configure Webflow's Designer and Editor environments so non-technical content and marketing teams can publish confidently within governed guardrails
- Manage multi-site architecture within Webflow Enterprise for subsidiary and brand microsites across the Firstsource domain portfolio
- Stay current on Webflow's evolving capabilities (Apps, Logic, Localization, Memberships) and evaluate them for adoption as they mature
API-First Integration & Data Layer
- Implement server-side and edge rendering strategies for pages or features that exceed Webflow's native capabilities — dynamic personalization, gated content, complex search
- Build middleware layers for data transformation, caching, and rate-limiting between Webflow's APIs and downstream consumers
- Ensure PII handling, data pipeline security, and compliance with enterprise data governance standards across all integration points
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide developers on the team on coding standards, Webflow best practices, and architecture patterns
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX Designer to ensure design tokens and components translate cleanly into Webflow's component structure and custom code
- Partner with the Content Manager to ensure CMS Collections, content structures, and publishing workflows are technically robust
- Conduct code reviews, define engineering standards, and own technical documentation for the platform
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional full-stack web development experience
- Deep expertise in Webflow — Designer, CMS Collections, custom code, hosting, enterprise features, and the CMS/Data APIs
- Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript ecosystems
- Proven experience architecting API-first web platforms where a visual CMS and custom code coexist
- Strong command of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and third-party API integration patterns
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Vercel, Netlify, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, SSR/ISR, edge caching)
- Experience integrating CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) with web platforms
- Strong knowledge of web security, PII handling, and enterprise compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-domain or multi-brand web estates on Webflow Enterprise
- Background in enterprise BPO, technology services, or financial services industries
- Experience with AI/ML integration in web platforms — personalization engines, dynamic content assembly, or LLM-driven features
- Familiarity with structured content modeling and content fragment strategies
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and internationalization
