Our Compensation and Benefits
At Menlo Security, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $83,000 - $147,000.
In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is Menlo Security’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become Menlo Security shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Expected Compensation: $110,000 to $160,000 + Bonus + VSOP

Job Summary
As a Web Developer you’ll manage the day-to-day development and optimization of our current website (hycu.com), scoping new features, bug patches, search optimizations, wireframes, and optimizing the site for conversions via data.
The Web Developer will be instrumental in designing, modifying, coding and implementing new website functionality for optimizing website performance with a focus on optimizing page speed, ensuring mobile-friendliness, and improving user experience all while leveraging SEO principles. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re passionate about frontend web development, have a good grasp of SEO to improve rankings, and you’re eager to make an impact in a startup environment.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and enhance our website hosted on Webflow
- Create landing pages and perform updates on existing product and solution pages
- Develop and maintain features and fixes, prioritizing tasks from ticket to resolution
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance the performance and functionality of our website
- Optimize website performance and implement best practices for technical SEO and accessibility
- Contribute to the web product roadmap, focusing on maintainability and sustainability
What We’re Looking For
- Passionate for web development, web design and website administration
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a web development role or similar web related role
- Strong HTML (and Semantic HTML), CSS and JavaScript knowledge
- Understanding of responsive web design and writing performant and standards compliant code
- Creative thinking to develop innovative web solutions
- Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics, with a focus on optimization, page indexing, and error resolution, etc.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO techniques and ability to use technical SEO skills to optimize website functions, such as loading speed, that influence its ranking on search engine results
- Strong visual design skills to make websites more aesthetically appealing
- Being proactive and using initiative to identify and solve problems
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with marketing and engineering teams
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled marketing technologist and funnel builder to join our rapidly growing team. In this remote role based in the United States, you will be responsible for creating high converting sales funnels that drive leads and sales for our products and services. You will consistently use tools like Clickfunnels, Hubspot, Webflow, Zapier, Wistia and others to create high-performing, integrated funnels that allow marketing to excel and enable the business to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build sales funnels using funnel-building software such as Clickfunnels or Webflow (example funnel landing page)

- Develop landing pages, sales pages, order forms, upsell/downsell pages, and thank you pages within the sales funnel.

- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing in order to improve funnel performance and maximize ROI.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in funnel building, digital marketing or related fields.
