How to apply:
Please share 2–3 Webflow links you've built and briefly mention what part you handled.

Fastbreak AI is looking for a web designer and developer who leads with user experience design and backs that up with sharp Webflow skills. This isn't a role for someone who needs direction. We're looking for someone who sees a page and knows how to improve it or A/B test alternative concepts.
Our website is one of the most visible things we put into the world. It needs to look the part.
You'll own the look, feel, and performance of our web presence, working closely with marketing, product, and leadership to build a site that earns attention and converts it.
Fastbreak AI is a rapidly growing leader in sports operations software. Our products create the schedules of professional leagues like the NBA, MLS, and NHL as well as some of the largest youth and amateur sports organizations across the globe.
What You'll Do
- Own the design and development of Fastbreak's website in Webflow—architecture, layout, components, and CMS structure
- Drive visual design decisions with a strong point of view on typography, spacing, hierarchy, and brand expression
- Build and maintain a component library that scales across pages without breaking consistency
- Translate campaign briefs, product launches, and sales priorities into polished landing pages that perform
- Collaborate with marketing on creative direction for web assets, graphics, and visual content
- Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility without sacrificing design quality
- Manage page structure, SEO metadata, and CMS content updates within Webflow
- Contribute design thinking beyond the website, into decks, one-pagers, social assets, and event materials when the team needs a strong eye
- Identify what's not working visually or structurally and bring solutions, not just observations
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in web design and development, with a portfolio that shows strong visual design across multiple projects
- Mobile or software UI/UX design experience a plus
- Expert-level Webflow skills. You've built and expanded production sites, not just prototypes, and you know the platform's limits and workarounds
- A genuine design-first mindset. You think about user experience first and always. Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and handoff
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. You don't need to live in code, but you know when to get in there
- Strong grasp of responsive design, web performance, and accessibility standards
- Experience building or working within a brand system. You understand why consistency matters and know how to maintain it under deadline pressure
- A portfolio that demonstrates a range: B2B SaaS, marketing sites, or technology brands preferred
- SEO literacy. You know what metadata does and why page structure matters
- Startup or early-stage company experience is a HUGE plus. You're comfortable building things that doesn't exist yet
- Motion design or animation experience in Webflow is a strong advantage
Location
- You're based in (or are planning to relocate to) Charlotte, NC, and excited to work in person
- Relocation assistance available
Benefits
- Competitive base salary
- Company stock options
- Health, dental, and vision insurance to keep you covered
- 401(k) with employer match
- The opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing company that loves sports

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

This is an opportunity to build sharp, thoughtful digital experiences and help define how we work at a studio that's serious about quality.
Verve is a strategic branding studio, made up of strategists, designers, developers and problem solvers of all stripes. We work across our twin studios in Amsterdam and The Hague to solve brand problems for companies around the world.
We work with businesses that aspire to grow through design and storytelling, and we partner with them to articulate who they are and what they stand for.
We're looking for a Visual Developer who builds high-quality Webflow experiences, brings strong design sensibilities, and works with the confidence and pace of someone who treats their craft as a practice. You take ownership, move with initiative, and know how to get things done without being told twice.
This is not a pure execution role. We want someone who builds, but also thinks: about UX, performance, structure, and what's next. You'll work alongside designers, strategists, and developers who expect you to show up with ideas, not just deliverables.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building responsive, polished websites and digital experiences in Webflow, from structure to detail
- Translating high-fidelity Figma designs into scalable, maintainable builds that hold up over time
- Crafting interactions, micro-motions, and transitions that make experiences feel intentional and alive
- Setting up CMS, dynamic content, and site structures that clients can actually manage
- Using AI tools actively as part of your workflow: to accelerate, explore, and push quality further
- Connecting the dots with no-code automations and integrations (Make, n8n, Airtable) when they add real value
- Contributing to how we work: improving processes, sharing knowledge, and helping raise the bar
About You
- Webflow is genuinely second nature. You know how to push it structurally, visually, and for performance
- You work with AI tools as a real part of your daily practice, not as an experiment
- You're entrepreneurial: you spot what needs doing and do it, without waiting for a brief to land in your lap
- You care about the full picture, layout, motion, consistency, performance, and the experience of the person using what you build
- You're committed: to quality, to deadlines, to the team, and to doing work you can put your name on
- You're comfortable in an agency environment, where things move fast and priorities shift
- Curious by nature, you follow what's changing in the field and adapt how you work accordingly
Experience with tools like Airtable, Make or n8n is a plus, not a must.
What You'll Get
- A creative and ambitious team that elevates quality and pushes ideas forward
- Freedom to experiment with tools, tech and workflows
- Competitive salary and benefits
- Projects that challenge and inspire, and outcomes you can be proud of
- A culture that values ownership, growth and meaningful contribution
You'll work at least 32 hours per week, with at least three days working on site in our studio in Amsterdam or The Hague.
What Working At Verve Feels Like
We're intentional about the work we take on, and the way we work together. We choose depth over noise, clarity over cleverness, and momentum over perfectionism.
We believe people do their best work when they're energized, trusted, and supported. That's why we combine thoughtfully designed studios with real flexibility, and ambitious work with time to breathe. Our vales are Love, Sense and Challenge, and they guide how we spend our days together.
We offer
Space to grow
Personal growth budget, Lunch & Learn sessions, an annual book budget, industry events and conferences, and unlimited access to learning materials.
A grounded, calm environment
We shout healthy(ish) lunches every day at both studios, give you the requisite Verve swag bag, a museum card, NS card, and a culture that protects focus.
Freedom within structure
Work from the studio at least three days a week. Spend up to six weeks a year working from anywhere in the world.
A Team That Shows Up For Each Other
We maintain studio gezelligheid through team trips, shared wins, and semi-regular drinks when our team members (or clients) hit major milestones.
The Following Perks
- Apple laptop + keyboard, mouse and laptop stand
- Daily lunches in the studio
- Travel reimbursement or public transport compensation
- Pension contribution
- Support for creating a comfortable home workspace
Ready to build what's next?
Tell us what excites you about branding and why Verve feels like the right place for your next chapter. Share your portfolio or resume and answer a few short questions in the application form.
Our Process: A first conversation with one of our founders and a team member, followed by a second interview to go deeper.
Acquisition as a result of this vacancy is not appreciated.

- Familiarity with Memberstack, Finsweet, Relume, or Lottie integrations
- Basic SEO hygiene in Webflow (meta, OG tags, redirects, sitemap)
- Prior experience at a web agency or studio environment

- Work on real international projects for clients in the US and EU
- A small team where your work is visible and your opinions matter
- Direct collaboration with designers and the founding team
- Competitive compensation based on experience

At HAUS, we don't build boring marketing websites and we're not looking for developers who do either. We're searching for a Creative Webflow Developer who sees every project as a canvas for inventive UI/UX, someone who brings fresh ideas to the table rather than just executing tickets.
You should be the kind of developer who instinctively reaches for a clever interaction, an unexpected transition, or a motion detail that makes the whole experience feel alive.
Our clients are building the future in AI, robotics, aerospace, and biotech, and their websites should feel like it. If you think of yourself as a creative partner as much as a technical one, and you're happiest when you're pushing a design further than the mockup suggested, we want to hear from you.
PLEASE SEND YOUR RESUME AND PORTFOLIO TO CREATIVE-CAREERS@DEEPTECH.AGENCY.
Role & Responsibilities
HAUS is seeking an experienced Creative Webflow Developer. The ideal person will be responsible for the following:
Build Interactive Marketing Websites: Transform Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect marketing websites that showcase deep tech innovations. You'll implement complex animations using GSAP and other animation libraries, creating scroll-triggered interactions, parallax effects, and dynamic page transitions that bring our clients' breakthrough technologies to life through engaging web experiences.
Advanced Animation & Motion Design: Create sophisticated web animations and interactions that elevate our clients' digital presence. This includes integrating video backgrounds, moving images, and rich media content seamlessly. When projects demand it, you'll build immersive 3D web experiences using Three.js or similar libraries, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the browser while maintaining performance and accessibility.
Performance Optimization & Technical Excellence: Ensure every website performs flawlessly across all devices and browsers. You'll optimize for fast load times, smooth animations, and responsive behavior, conducting thorough QA testing before handoff. This includes managing technical deployments, DNS configuration, hosting setup, and basic third-party integrations to ensure seamless launches.
Webflow Development & Custom Extensions: Leverage Webflow for rapid website builds while extending its capabilities with custom code when designs demand more complex functionality. You'll code interactive UI components with smooth state transitions and micro-interactions that enhance user engagement and communicate complex tech concepts intuitively.
Collaboration & Creative Partnership: Work closely with designers throughout the implementation process to maintain design fidelity and creative vision. Participate actively in creative reviews, providing technical expertise on feasibility and implementation approaches. You'll collaborate daily via Slack/Zoom, ensuring smooth communication as you translate ambitious creative concepts into functional reality.
Project Management & Delivery: Manage multiple concurrent website projects at various stages of development, maintaining high quality standards across all deliverables. You'll prioritize tasks effectively, communicate progress proactively, and ensure timely delivery of projects that help our deep tech clients tell their stories and showcase their innovations to investors, partners, and customers.
Qualifications
Passion for Deep Tech: You must love deep tech and be genuinely excited by cutting-edge technologies.
Experience: Professional experience building marketing websites, ideally with in-house agency experience. Your portfolio must demonstrate interactive, animated websites you've personally coded, showcasing your ability to bring creative visions to life through code.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with deep understanding of modern web standards. Strong experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Lottie, or similar) and proficient with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or equivalent). You should be comfortable implementing complex scroll interactions and motion design that create memorable user experiences.
Webflow & Custom Development: Demonstrated proficiency working in Webflow and extending it with custom code to achieve design requirements that go beyond platform limitations. You can seamlessly blend no-code efficiency with custom development to deliver sophisticated solutions quickly.
Design Translation Skills: You understand design systems, can work with component libraries, and have a keen eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy that ensures the final product matches the creative vision.
3D & Advanced Interactions: Experience building 3D web experiences using Three.js or similar libraries when projects call for immersive storytelling. You're comfortable with WebGL, canvas animations, and pushing the boundaries of interactive web experiences while maintaining performance across devices.
Performance & Compatibility Excellence: Strong grasp of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization. You understand Core Web Vitals, can diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks, and ensure smooth experiences across all modern browsers and devices.
Technical Operations: Experience with deployment processes, DNS management, hosting configurations, and basic third-party integrations (analytics, forms, CRMs). You can handle the full lifecycle of a website from development to launch and post-launch support.
Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills – you can explain technical constraints to designers and creative teams while remaining solutions-focused. Since our team is distributed, you need to be comfortable working in a remote environment, collaborating via Slack/Zoom, and proactively communicating project status and potential roadblocks.
Tech Savvy & Curiosity: A genuine passion for technology and innovation is important. Our clients are building world-changing tech in AI, robotics, biotech, aerospace, and more. Your enthusiasm for these domains will help you create more inspired and contextually relevant web experiences that effectively communicate complex innovations.

Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Webflow designer to bridge the gap between visual creativity and technical implementation. Acting as the strategic bridge between digital and creative, you will translate marketing goals into high-converting assets.
You will define the optimal design-to-build workflow, utilizing the right mix of prototyping software and browser-based development to create immersive, production-ready experiences. Whether building native Webflow interactions or integrating external interactive platforms, your goal is to elevate our brand, clear the UX backlog, and manage scalable design systems to ensure every concept is technically sound.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Bridge & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the primary translation layer between the creative team and the web team. You ensure that brand standards are upheld without sacrificing web performance or conversion best practices.
- Translate abstract marketing goals (e.g., "we need to sound more innovative") into concrete visual realities (e.g., utilizing Webflow 3D transforms, motion graphics, or interactive modules).
- Establish and manage a formal design review process. You will lead the presentation of prototypes to non-technical stakeholders, gathering feedback efficiently and iterating rapidly while defending UX best practices.
Global Design System Orchestration
- Maintain and evolve a robust design system (utilizing tools like Figma) that serves two distinct needs: seamless, pixel-perfect technical specs for developers and an easily accessible "visual menu" for marketing teams to reference.
- Ensure that components, variables, and auto-layouts in your design files mirror our Webflow environment for a clean handover, while also documenting standards for third-party tools (like Ceros or HubSpot).
- Design all systems with localization in mind from day one, ensuring layouts are flexible enough to expand for different regions, languages, and character counts.
Interactive Design & Webflow Development
- Utilize Webflow's interaction engine (and external libraries like GSAP where necessary) to build complex scroll animations, parallax effects, and "Scrollytelling" experiences that keep high-value users engaged longer.
- Define the optimal design-to-build workflow. Whether utilizing Figma for ideation or building directly in the browser, you ensure every concept is technically sound and optimized for page speed.
Optimization & Cross-Platform Consistency
- While you work primarily in Webflow, you will design the visual architecture for our HubSpot landing pages and emails. You will ensure these designs are feasible within HubSpot's limitations so the development team can implement them without friction.
- Partner with the Strategy Lead to rapidly prototype A/B test variations (hero sections, pricing tables). Use heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity) and Webflow Analyze to monitor performance—if a complex animation hurts conversion, you take the initiative to simplify it.
Job Qualifications
- A portfolio of live, production Webflow sites is required (not just static images). We need to see examples of complex interactions, clean class structures, and responsive implementations.
- Advanced proficiency in Webflow, specifically with Interaction Engine (IX2) and CMS Collections. Familiarity with GSAP or custom code for advanced animations is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining scalable design systems (in Figma or similar tools). You must understand how to structure Auto-Layouts, Variables, and Components so they map 1:1 to Webflow classes.
- Experience working in a role where you had to translate "brand/creative" requirements into "web/technical" reality. You should be comfortable explaining technical constraints to non-technical creative directors or marketers.
- Functional understanding of HubSpot's design modules and limitations. You don't need to be a Hubspot developer, but you must know how to design templates that are feasible for developers to build.
- Familiarity with using tools like Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or Webflow Analyze to inform design decisions. You should be able to look at a heatmap and explain why a design needs to change.
This is a hybrid role, with approximately 2 days each week in office, in either our Austin, TX or Dallas, TX location and the remainder working remotely. Candidates should reside within a commutable distance of either location. The hybrid arrangement could change in the future, based on business needs.
Annual Pay Range: 65,200 - 89,440 USD
Application Window: This opportunity is expected to remain posted through the date identified below, subject to business needs. 2026-04-09

About the project
We are looking to build a new website from scratch in Webflow. Not a template customization — a purpose-built site for a consulting firm that works with PE portfolios, scaling SMEs, and startups across Switzerland and Germany.
The content architecture, copy, and creative direction are done in Figma. We need someone who takes that and builds a live Webflow site that feels designed, not assembled.

- Responsive design across all breakpoints
- Webflow IX2 interactions (scroll animations, hover states, transitions)
- CMS setup for future blog/content integration
- Clean, scalable class structure
What we're looking for
- Proven Webflow builds — send live sites you've built, not just designed
- Strong typographic eye — this site uses editorial serif/sans pairings, not default stacks
- Understanding of spacing, visual rhythm, and restraint
- Experience with IX2 interactions and responsive Webflow development
- Ability to work independently from a Figma file with minimal back-and-forth
- Available to start within 2–3 weeks
Nice to have
- Experience building sites for consulting firms, B2B services, or professional brands
- Familiarity with Webflow CMS and dynamic content
- Figma proficiency for referencing the design file directly
How to apply
Send your portfolio and/or a short message with 1–2 live Webflow sites you've built and your availability. Not your CV, please.
