Qualities we're looking for
You love learning and self-teaching.
When faced with something you don’t understand— you’ll Google it and read a reputable article or watch a video on YouTube before you ask someone how to do a thing.
You can edit someone else’s work and polish it up.
You’re not afraid to edit someone else’s work or provide clear, courteous, honest feedback to arrive at the best final result.
You sweat the small stuff.
You're always watching for typos, and keeping an eye out for the details that others miss. You get that the last 10% of a project is what can make all the difference and you don’t ship work that is incomplete or unpolished.
You’re analytical and creative.
You’re an engineer at heart and love building things that are functional and scalable, but you also want to build something beautiful and engaging that people enjoy spending time with.
You’re self-organizing.
You manage your own time and work effectively and efficiently. You’re not the type to wait for a project manager to tell when you’re over-budget or at a deadline.
You can express your opinion confidently.
You’re not scared to speak up when you disagree, or when you think something needs improvement, and you do it with confidence and respect for others.
You're a self-starter.
You understand when you already have permission— you see something is broken, and you fix it. You see how to improve something, and you make it happen.
You're a team player.
You don’t care who has the idea, as long as it’s what is needed. You care more about the end result than about personal recognition.

About the job
Webflow Developer
Location: Pune, India (Onsite)
Experience: 3+ years
What We Do:
FlytBase is an AI-native company building the physical AI layer for the sky. Its platform enables fully autonomous drone-in-a-box operations across industries like energy, utilities, security, and infrastructure - integrating drones, docks, edge AI, and enterprise workflows into one intelligent system. Headquartered in California with an engineering base in Pune, FlytBase operates at AI speed, driving 300+ global deployments and 50+ partnerships to power the shift from human-operated to self-driven skies.
The Role:
We're looking for a Webflow Developer who treats no-code like code, someone who can build, automate, and ship high-velocity websites using AI and automation tools.
This isn't a "make one landing page a month" role. You'll be shipping multi-site systems, architecting CMS backends, and connecting Webflow to AI-driven marketing stacks that scale globally.
What You'll Own
- AI-Accelerated Site Building: Use AI to generate layouts, copy, and structure, then refine and ship full sites in Webflow.
- CMS Architecture: Design scalable CMS systems (Webflow CMS, Supabase, HubSpot, Notion) for blogs, campaigns, and multilingual sites.
- Integrations & Automations: Connect Webflow to internal APIs, analytics, and workflows using n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- AI-Driven Optimization: Automate SEO audits, speed checks, and A/B testing loops to continuously improve site performance.
- Systemized Components: Create reusable frameworks and component libraries for rapid iteration.
- Velocity with Precision: Balance build speed with pixel-perfect reliability and brand alignment.
Best Suited For
- Proven experience shipping live Webflow sites end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of HTML structure, CSS grid, CMS logic, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Relume, Framer AI, Lovable) for code generation and QA.
- Comfortable integrating backend systems (Supabase, Notion, HubSpot) and automation workflows.
- Thrive in fast, AI-driven teams where ownership > hierarchy.
Bonus Points:
- Portfolio featuring high-speed Webflow builds or automation pipelines.
- Experience with analytics tools (GA4, HubSpot, Mixpanel).
- Familiarity with version control or component documentation.
What Makes You a Flyter:
- You default to asking, "How can AI do this faster, smarter, better?"
- You ship, measure, and iterate fast.
- You take end-to-end ownership without waiting for hand-offs.
- You bring high trust and high candor to every loop.

About Us
Skybound Wealth Management is a global financial advisory company with employees across the UK, USA, Switzerland, Cyprus, Spain and UAE. We provide tailored financial advice to international clients, supported by expert teams across wealth planning, compliance and operations
Role Summary
Skybound Wealth Management is building a performance marketing engine that can scale across regions, products and channels. We're looking for an SEO & AEO Performance Developer who sits at the intersection of development, search, and AI.
You'll be responsible for building and optimising Webflow pages and landing journeys that attract, convert, and retain high-intent prospects – not just for Google, but increasingly for AI engines (AEO) like ChatGPT and other LLM-powered assistants. This is not a generic "SEO executive" role: you'll be hands-on in Webflow, analytics, content, schema, and attribution, and you'll be expected to tie your work back to leads and revenue, not just rankings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build & optimise performance-ready pages (Webflow)
- Design, develop, and maintain SEO-optimised Webflow pages and landing pages for campaigns, core site structures, and content hubs.
- Implement technical SEO best practices (site architecture, internal links, page speed, mobile responsiveness, canonicalization, redirects, indexation hygiene).
- Collaborate with performance marketing on A/B tests (layouts, headlines, CTAs, forms) to maximise conversion rates.
2. Classic SEO with revenue attribution, not vanity metrics
- Own on-page optimisation: keyword research, meta data, headings, internal linking, structured content, image optimisation.
- Manage and interpret data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and key SEO tools to identify opportunities and issues.
- Build a clear line of sight from organic sessions → leads → opportunities → revenue, in partnership with performance marketing and CRM teams.
- Create and maintain SEO roadmaps for priority regions, products, and personas.
3. AI Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Develop a strategy for AEO (AI Engine Optimization): how Skybound appears and is referenced in LLM responses, answer engines and conversational search.
- Structure content and pages to be LLM-friendly: FAQs, schema, entity-based content, clear answers to high-intent conversational queries.
- Work with content and product marketing to design "AI-ready" content that directly answers the kinds of questions prospects ask tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.
- Continuously test and document how AI tools surface Skybound and similar propositions, then loop those insights back into our content and site architecture.
4. Content collaboration & creation
- Brief, edit, and occasionally write short-form and long-form content (landing copy, FAQs, pillar pages, comparison pages) with a focus on clarity, compliance, and conversion.
- Translate technical/financial planning concepts into simple, search-friendly language without losing regulatory correctness or trust.
- Ensure tone of voice and brand positioning are consistent across all SEO/AEO assets.
5. Data, tracking & reporting
- Set up and manage event tracking and UTM hygiene for all SEO/AEO landing journeys.
- Work with analytics/CRM teams to maintain dashboards that track:
- Organic traffic and rankings for key topics
- Lead volume and quality from organic & AI-led journeys
- Conversion rates by page / funnel stage
- Revenue attributed to organic & AI-led channels
- Produce clear, regular performance reports with insights and actions – not just data dumps.
6. Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner closely with performance marketing, content, compliance, and product/tech to ensure all builds are realistic, compliant, and fast to deploy.
- Educate internal stakeholders on the difference between traditional SEO and AEO, and why both matter for Skybound's growth.
- Help create repeatable templates and best practices so the wider team can scale landing pages and content without starting from scratch each time.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in performance-driven environments (B2C/B2B services, financial services a strong plus).
- Clear examples of campaigns or pages where your SEO work contributed to revenue (e.g. uplift in qualified leads, reduction in CAC, improvement in organic pipeline).
- Practical Webflow development experience (must be able to build and modify landing pages end-to-end, not just brief a developer).
- Exposure to or active work on AI Engine Optimization (AEO) or similar (e.g. optimising for featured snippets, answer-box content, conversational queries, AI search / LLM answer engines)
Skybound Wealth Management is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of background.

We're hiring a Web Developer (Fresher) who can build high-quality, scalable Webflow websites — but more importantly, someone who understands the underlying code behind what they're building.
This role is not for someone who just copies/pastes code or auto-generates layouts. We want someone who knows how the web actually works: HTML structure, CSS styling & responsiveness, JavaScript behavior, interactions, and performance principles.
If you've built multiple websites during college, freelance work, internships, or personal projects — and you're excited to work at the intersection of Webflow + real frontend engineering — this role is designed for you.
What You'll Work On
Webflow Development
- Build and scale Webflow websites and landing pages that are clean, fast, and responsive.
- Implement Webflow CMS, interactions, animations, components, and global styles.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds.
- Extend Webflow using custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) where needed.
Frontend Coding
- Write clean, semantic HTML and CSS (Flexbox/Grid concepts are a must).
- Build responsive layouts and reusable UI components.
- Use JavaScript to handle small interactive components, logic, embeds, or API calls.
- Debug issues proactively and understand why something works, not just how to make it work.
Why Frontend Knowledge is Important Here
- You won't just drag-and-drop in Webflow — you'll customize and optimize deeply.
- Many Webflow limitations require custom code injections (scripts, embeds, components).
- You should be able to fix bugs, performance issues, layout shifts, and responsiveness problems without relying on AI.
- You'll gradually grow into building custom layouts, animations, and components beyond Webflow.
What We're Looking For
Fresher (0–1 year experience) with real-world website building experience — college fests, clubs, hackathons, freelance clients, internships, or personal portfolio sites.
Strong Understanding Of
- HTML5
- CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, responsiveness)
- JavaScript basics (DOM, events, simple logic)
- Good experience with Webflow, including CMS, interactions, and custom embeds.
- Ability to convert Figma designs into clean, accurate builds.
- A good eye for layout, spacing, structure, and basic UX.
- Ability to debug issues instead of blindly copying solutions.
- Eagerness to learn advanced frontend and Webflow automation at scale.
Tools You'll Use
- Webflow (Mandatory)
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Figma
- Git/GitHub (basic is enough)
- Bonus: GSAP, Tailwind, Framer, No-code integrations, APIs
Why You'll Love This Role
- You'll learn to build scalable, production-grade Webflow systems.
- You'll learn real frontend engineering — not drag-and-drop shortcuts.
- You'll work on fast-moving growth campaigns, product pages, and high-visibility web experiences.
- You'll be part of a strong, expanding web and design team.
