The Role
We’re looking for a Webflow developer who’s confident using the Lumos framework to provide support on a few projects.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with our in-house designer
- Build websites in Webflow based on Figma designs and project briefs
- Set up CMS structures, dynamic filtering, and custom interactions
- Integrate custom code (GSAP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for advanced animations
- Optimise websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Support implementation, QA testing, and site launches
Requirements
- Experience building responsive websites in Webflow
- Confident using the Lumos framework (applications without Lumos experience won’t be considered)
- Strong understanding of Webflow CMS and dynamic content structures
- Comfortable writing custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with animations (GSAP, Lottie, or Webflow-native)
- Experience with automations, third-party tools, and integrations
- Understanding of technical SEO best practices (meta tags, page speed, schema markup)
- Ability to follow Figma designs and deliver pixel-perfect builds
- Strong attention to detail, reliable, and proactive communicator
- Clear and confident communicator in English (both written and spoken)
