We’re looking to bring on a Webflow Designer & Developer to help us design and ship fast-moving, high-converting web projects and landing pages across Roveir and our client portfolio.
About Roveir
Roveir is a performance marketing partner for high-growth startups and tech brands. We help companies scale customer acquisition through paid media, landing pages, and creative built to convert. Our team is fully remote and moves fast - combining creative strategy, ad buying, and CRO to drive real growth.
This is a remote contractor role, open to part-time or full-time availability. You’ll work closely with our marketing teams to turn wireframes and creative direction into clean, performant Webflow builds.
What you'll be doing
- Design and build landing pages and full sites in Webflow
- Implement responsive design, page animations, and CMS-driven components
- Bring Figma designs to life (or create them yourself depending on the brief)
- Collaborate with design, growth, and dev teams to iterate fast
- Handle Webflow site maintenance, updates, and new builds
- Optimize for performance, SEO, and mobile
You Must Have Experience
- You’ve built 20+ sites in Webflow - and can show us
- You've utilized Figma for Design
- You have a strong sense of layout, spacing, and UX
- You’re confident in Webflow CMS, interactions, and responsive builds
- You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and fast
- Bonus: experience working with fast-paced agencies or tech startups
- Bonus: you’re comfortable with light custom code (HTML/CSS)

- Flexible hours, but some overlap with North America is ideal
