Core Responsibilities
- Discovery & concepting: Join kickoff calls, extract key value props, propose page architectures, mood boards, and animation concepts.
- End-to-end build: Design responsive layouts, component systems, and micro-interactions in Webflow or Framer. Implement CMS collections, custom code embeds, Lottie or GSAP animations, and performance-minded image/video handling.
- Creative polish & QA: Apply brand-consistent typography, color, and motion that feels fresh—not “template.” Conduct cross-device testing, accessibility checks (WCAG 2.1 AA), and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Client hand-off & iteration: Deliver style guides + edit-friendly CMS structure; train non-technical client stakeholders if needed. Tweak copy hierarchy, sections, or A/B variants based on stakeholder feedback or analytics data.
- Multi-project workflow: Juggle 2-4 concurrent landing-page builds; estimate effort clearly and hit agreed milestones in an async-first environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years Webflow production work — custom interactions, CMS, and e-commerce or membership experience.
- 1+ year Framer Sites with complex animations or scroll-based storytelling.
- Portfolio showing ≥ 5 end-to-end landing pages that look world-class and load <2 s on mobile.
- Strong grasp of responsive design principles, semantic HTML, accessibility, and basic SEO/on-page performance tuning.
- Comfortable reading/writing small snippets of JavaScript for custom embeds, third-party API hooks, or analytics events.
- Fluent English and clear written communication for client updates and Loom walkthroughs.
Nice-to-Have Extras
- Brand-identity or illustration chops; proficiency in Figma/Adobe CC.
- Experience running A/B tests (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) or CRO experiments.
- Familiarity with GSAP, Three.js, or WebGL for richer interactive experiences.
- Knowledge of no-code back-ends (Airtable, Xano, Supabase) for dynamic content.
