Build the web layer behind live experiences.
Pixl Events (pixlevents.com) builds tools and websites for event organizers — venues, festivals, and teams who care about how their shows are discovered and experienced online.
We sit at the intersection of events, software, marketing, and live culture.
Our goal is simple: help fans discover unforgettable experiences and sell more tickets.
We’re looking for a Webflow developer/designer who wants ownership, works well async, and is excited about music, events, and entertainment.
This is a development-first role — but range matters.

More Than Just Development — We Love Designers!
While this role is Webflow-oriented, the more creative range you bring, the better.
Figma design, marketing assets, light video editing, product UX thinking — we value people who can wear multiple hats inside a lean team. The more skills you bring to the table, the more opportunities we can present to you to rope you into more projects in the future.
How We Work
We’re async-first.
We don’t expect you online all day.
We do expect responsiveness, accountability, and clarity.
Often it looks like:
“Here’s the brief. Here’s your deadline. Build thoughtfully. Report back when ready. Be ready if a client reaches out. Be accountable for your output.”
Slack is our primary communication channel.
Growth
There’s room here to grow with Pixl — technically, creatively, and strategically.
If you have side projects or evolving interests, we’re interested in that too.
How to Apply
Include in an email to "jack @ pixlevents dot com":
- Portfolio (Webflow builds preferred)
- Links to 2–3 live projects you’re proud of
- Hourly rate + weekly availability/bandwidth
- (Optional But Suggested) A 2–3 minute Loom covering:
- A quick introduction — who you are and where you're based
- Why you’re interested in Pixl specifically
- Where your strengths lie and where you hope to grow your skills moving forward
- One piece of media you’ve enjoyed lately (movie, album, show, podcast, etc.)
- Anything else you'd like us to know
