Ace CPAs provides accrual-based GAAP accounting, monthly close, and financial reporting services to U.S.-based businesses. We position ourselves as structured, analytical, and high-standard professionals — and we want our website to reflect that same level of quality.
We already have a strong backend structure in place. We are now looking for a skilled Webflow Designer/Developer to design and build the front-end experience.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Webflow expert to design and develop a clean, engaging, and conversion-focused front-end for our website.
This is not just development — we need someone who can bring creative direction, improve user flow, and design a professional, premium experience aligned with the Ace CPAs aesthetic (structured, minimal, high-trust, corporate).
You will work independently, translate our brand positioning into a modern front-end design, and implement it fully in Webflow.
Responsibilities
- Design a clean, modern, and high-converting website front-end
- Develop and implement the design in Webflow
- Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Improve layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and user flow
- Optimize pages for speed and performance
- Maintain alignment with Ace CPAs' professional and corporate branding
- Collaborate with us on structure, messaging flow, and visual direction
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and developing websites in Webflow
- Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and professional websites
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Ability to translate brand identity into visual design
- Experience designing for service-based or B2B companies (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
