Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Webflow Developer & Integrations Specialist with strong Technical SEO capabilities to lead the migration of our website from WordPress to Webflow, and then provide ongoing technical management of the Webflow site post-launch. This is a hands-on technical role focused on build, CRM integrations, site performance, and technical SEO implementation (site architecture, structured data, crawlability) — our in-house Digital Marketing Manager handles analytics, reporting, SEO strategy, and content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with WordPress-to-Webflow migrations (portfolio or case studies required)
- Expert-level proficiency in Webflow Designer, CMS, and hosting
- Hands-on experience integrating Webflow with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot)
- Working knowledge of Zapier, Make, or custom API integrations
- Strong understanding of URL redirect strategies and SEO preservation during migrations
- Technical SEO proficiency — structured data (JSON-LD schema markup), XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and crawl optimisation
- Experience with Google Search Console — diagnosing crawl errors, index coverage issues, and Core Web Vitals
- Understanding of site architecture best practices for search engine discoverability and internal linking
- Experience with Google Tag Manager implementation and tracking script setup
- Responsive design expertise across all breakpoints
- Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals for custom code embeds

- Webflow Professional Partner or Expert Marketplace listing
- Experience with Webflow Logic and native automation features
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing tools
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
