We're looking for a Webflow Developer who can translate design concepts into high-performing, visually stunning, and responsive websites using Webflow. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design detail, a strong understanding of web animations, CMS structures, and modern UI/UX principles. You'll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to bring brand experiences to life on the web.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, build, and maintain responsive websites in Webflow based on Figma, XD, or Sketch designs.
- Implement custom animations and interactions using Webflow's capabilities.
- Integrate third-party tools, forms, and APIs within Webflow environments.
- Manage and structure CMS Collections for scalability and easy content management.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive performance across devices.
- Optimise sites for speed, SEO best practices, and accessibility compliance.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality web experiences.
- Test, debug, and maintain websites to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest Webflow features, trends, and web standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven 5+ years of experience in developing websites using Webflow.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience with Webflow CMS and dynamic content creation.
- Ability to translate complex design ideas into interactive and functional sites.
- Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimisation.
- Knowledge of Figma and Adobe XD to Webflow, or similar design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect results.
