About Qontour
Qontour is a design and development studio that builds strategic, high-performing websites for B2B technology companies. We partner with growth-stage clients to create brand-forward web experiences that convert – blending clean design, sharp positioning, and smart systems. We are a Premium Webflow Enterprise Partner and have built our agency around low-code development.
The Role
We're looking for a project manager to run delivery on three concurrent client website projects over the next 2–3 months. This is hands-on delivery management: you'll own the projects, keep work moving, and make sure nothing stalls waiting on a decision (or an asset). This is a contract engagement with an immediate start. There is no ramp-up period, so we need someone with proven experience successfully shipping Webflow projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple active Webflow builds: timelines, deliverables, team coordination
- Manage project tracking in ClickUp (agency-side) and Asana (client-side) – status, priorities, and comments
- Coordinate with clients to obtain content, assets, and approvals before they become blockers
- Support the internal team with their day-to-day needs, removing blockers as they come up
- Flag slippage early and propose the fix, not just the problem
- Partner with client managers to communicate with clients, primarily async
- Coordinate handoffs between design, development, and QA
What You Bring
- 2+ years building or managing Webflow site development, with recent, proven experience shipping successful projects – you know frameworks and CMS collections, bring designer-level knowledge, and can communicate with developers on their terms
- 3+ years managing website projects, including 2+ years at a digital agency working directly with clients, ideally B2B technology
- Strong technical understanding of how websites are structured and webpages are built – HTML/CSS/JavaScript and performance considerations
- Working proficiency in ClickUp and Asana – views, task structure, dependencies, Gantt views, status reporting
- Clear, confident written communication and strong documentation habits
- A bias toward initiative – you anticipate needs and get things moving rather than waiting
- Comfort working in a fully remote, async-first, globally distributed team
Bonus Points For
- Experience on Webflow Enterprise accounts, using the full suite of Webflow features (Localization, Analyze, Optimize)
- Familiarity with QA, analytics, and performance monitoring tools
- Working knowledge of SEO/AEO/GEO fundamentals
Details
- Part-time, up to 32 hours per week
- 2–3 month contract
- $50–70 USD/hour, depending on experience
- Fully remote – United States or Canada
- Flexible hours within an async-first team culture
- No benefits
To Apply
Tell us about your hands-on Webflow experience, including specific projects you managed to launch, and one web project that went wrong and what you did about it. You'll be asked to discuss Webflow mechanics in real time and to walk us through a project plan you have actually used for a website build.
