Role Overview
Hive Modular is redefining the way we live and build, with prefabricated housing solutions that are modern, efficient, and scalable. We're looking for a Project Webflow Developer who can ensure our website evolves with the same creativity and precision as our modular homes. You'll be the go-to resource for website updates, Webflow design adjustments & technical maintenance, and small but impactful improvements to site experience and functionality.
This role is ideal for someone with proven Webflow expertise who enjoys translating brand direction into clean, functional, and visually compelling web experiences.
As a Project Webflow Developer, your role will include the following:
- Maintain and update Hive's website using Webflow (content, layouts, and design tweaks).
- Translate design direction into functional, user-friendly web pages.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Design teams to ensure consistency across brand touchpoints.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes quickly.
- Support in creating new pages or landing experiences for campaigns and projects.
- Ensure the site stays optimized for performance, responsiveness, and SEO basics.
- Stay adaptable and ready to pitch in on related digital/creative tasks in a startup environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Webflow (portfolio or sample sites required).
- Solid understanding of responsive web design, layout, and basic SEO.
- Familiarity with CMS setup and updates within Webflow.
- Strong eye for design, detail, and usability.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with A/B testing and web performance optimization is a plus.
- Basic Knowledge in HTML/CSS is a plus.
