Who We're Looking For
We're searching for a highly skilled Webflow developer who can take ownership of both client and internal projects – from landing pages to marketing experiments and large-scale builds.You thrive on creating stunning, high-performing websites that don't just look good – they convert. You love bringing Figma designs to life, crafting advanced animations, working closely with designers and marketers, and pushing Webflow to its limits. You can communicate confidently in English and enjoy collaborating directly with clients when needed.
What You'll Do
- Build pixel-perfect, high-performance Webflow sites from Figma
- Create custom animations and functionalities using GSAP and Vanilla CSS + JavaScript
- Implement A/B tests and CRO tactics to boost conversions
- Optimize for SEO, accessibility, speed, and responsiveness
- Integrate analytics & tracking (GTM, GA4, GSC, HubSpot)
- Work closely with clients, designers, and PMs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Take ownership of projects and drive them from concept to delivery
- Plan project workflows and system architecture, ensuring scalable solutions that meet client needs
What You Bring
Hard Skills
- 2+ years of experience building in Webflow at scale
- Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS & JavaScript (for custom code in Webflow)
- Proven portfolio of landing pages, animations, funnels & scalable builds
- Experience with Finsweet Client-First framework
- Technical SEO knowledge & hands-on experience with tracking tools
- Strong grasp of modern front-end best practices: You understand how to build websites that are optimized for SEO, accessibility, and performance.
- Experience in creating layouts that scale fluidly and adapt to the available space
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality
- Comfortable working autonomously and planning your own workflow
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- High attention to detail & design sensibility
- Proactive and collaborative mindset
- Enjoys taking initiative and pushing projects forward
Nice to Have
- Experience with Lumos framework
- Experience with CRO/A/B testing tools
- Interest in AI & AI-SEO
- Experience with marketing funnels and landing pages
