We’re looking for a Webflow powerhouse — someone who’s built and scaled websites for fast-growing companies and knows what it takes to deliver at startup speed with agency precision. If you’ve only freelanced for small projects or portfolio pieces, this role is not for you.
You’ll join as a full-time, in-house Webflow lead, responsible for bringing our client and internal projects to life with world-class quality, creativity, and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own Client Webflow Projects – Build, launch, and maintain multiple high-performing client websites end-to-end.
- Translate Feedback Fast – Implement client revisions with precision and speed, no hand-holding required.
- Create Advanced Functionality – Develop complex interactions, CMS architectures, and dynamic layouts that push Webflow to its limits.
- Build Internal Growth Assets – Help evolve MarketDing’s own sites, landing pages, dashboards, and marketing systems.
- Optimize for Speed & SEO – Every site you touch should load fast, rank well, and convert better.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work hand-in-hand with designers, SEO strategists, and marketing leads to bring concepts to life efficiently.
- 100% Focused Role – This is a dedicated, full-time position. No side projects or freelance work allowed.
What You Bring
- Proven Webflow Experience: 2+ years building production-ready sites for high-growth companies or agencies.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Deep Webflow knowledge plus strong HTML/CSS/JS capabilities for custom code and complex integrations.
- SEO & Performance Mindset: You understand the intersection between clean design, fast load times, and organic visibility.
- Design Precision: You bring Figma visions to life — pixel-perfect, responsive, and intuitive.
- Reliability & Communication: You operate with speed, ownership, and crystal-clear communication during ET business hours.
