We're looking for a Webflow specialist who lives and breathes the platform. You've been building in Webflow for 3+ years, know your way around design systems (Lumos preferred, Client First respected), and have a deep love for doing things properly — clean builds, smart structure, powerful interactions.
At Massive Marketing, we use Lumos to build fast, flexible, scalable websites. All new client builds follow the Lumos system — so if you haven't used it yet, you'll need to be ready to learn and adopt it quickly (we'll support you). If you already know Client First, even better — that opens up opportunities to support and manage existing CF-based projects too.
🛠️ You Should Be:
- A Webflow expert — layout, CMS, interactions, responsive, performance
- Experienced with GSAP or excited to learn it
- Obsessed with detail, craft, and creative polish
- Comfortable building design systems from scratch or adapting existing ones
- A collaborative creative — bringing ideas, layouts, and animations to the table
- Open to learning and mastering Lumos
- Able to balance beauty with usability — this isn't just about pretty pixels, it's about purpose
