This role is on-site in our Bangalore office. You must already live in Bangalore. We do not consider relocation.
Role & Responsibilities
We build clean, professional websites for European businesses, primarily on Odoo. Your job is to turn an approved, detailed design document into a live, pixel-accurate website using the website builder. No custom coding.
- Build websites to a detailed design specification, exactly as specified: layout, spacing, fonts, colours, image ratios, mobile behaviour.
- Configure the theme first (colours, typography, layout, header/footer), then assemble the pages.
- Crop and prepare images to the exact ratio each section needs before uploading.
- Check every page on a real mobile device and make sure mobile matches desktop.
This is a precision-to-spec build role. We are not looking for a developer who writes custom code, and not for a designer who redesigns. We want someone with a strong visual eye who follows a specification exactly and flags what isn't clear.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years building websites in a visual page builder: Elementor/WordPress, Webflow, Wix or similar.
- A portfolio of 2-3 live websites you built yourself.
- Strong visual eye: clean spacing, alignment, consistency. Restraint and precision, not flourish.
- Excellent written English.
- You follow instructions exactly and ask before assuming. In your intro email, include the phrase "I love Belgian Chocolate".
- Living in Bangalore, available to start within 2-4 weeks.
- Odoo experience is a plus, not required. We train you fully in-house.
