About PMNow
PMNow (Proven Marketing Now) is a 20-person digital marketing agency. Since 2020, we've done one thing: get the phone ringing for home services businesses (plumbers, HVAC contractors, and electricians) across the United States.
Our main services include Local SEO, website development, Google Ads, and social media management.
We're not a generalist agency. Our clients look remarkably alike: Same services, same buyer urgency, different cities. That focus is our advantage because what we learn on one account, we can apply to ninety-nine others.
The Role
You'll be responsible for building, launching, and maintaining Webflow websites for home services businesses across the United States.
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of development, deliver consistent quality, and keep projects moving. You should be able to identify problems, troubleshoot independently, and flag blockers before they affect delivery.
We have an established process, documented standards, and a team that handles project management, design, content, and SEO. Your job is to execute development at a high level and help us improve how we build.
You'll work closely with our Website Project Manager and collaborate with designers and SEO specialists. Strong communication and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
What You'll Do
- Build and launch responsive Webflow websites from approved designs.
- Manage development across multiple client projects while meeting agreed deadlines.
- Build and maintain CMS structures, reusable components, and page templates.
- Implement forms, tracking, and third-party integrations.
- Handle website migrations, technical updates, and ongoing maintenance.
- Follow technical SEO requirements and website performance best practices.
- Test your work across devices and browsers before submitting it for review.
- Resolve design, functionality, and integration issues thoroughly.
- Manage publishing and technical launch requirements.
- Keep the Project Manager informed of progress, blockers, and delivery risks.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Webflow development experience. You've independently built and launched professional websites and can show us your work.
- Marketing agency experience. You're comfortable balancing new builds, revisions, and maintenance across multiple clients.
- Attention to design detail. You can translate Figma designs into accurate, responsive websites.
- Technical problem-solving ability. You can diagnose issues and implement reliable solutions without needing step-by-step instructions.
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge. You're comfortable working beyond Webflow's native features when needed.
- Experience with CMS, integrations, and migrations. You understand the technical work required to deliver a complete website.
- Technical SEO and performance fundamentals. You understand how your work affects search visibility, speed, and usability.
- Ownership and quality control. You check your own work, address feedback carefully, and follow tasks through to completion.
- Excellent written English. Your updates are clear, concise, and actionable.
- Comfort following an established playbook. We value your judgment and ideas, alongside consistent execution of our standards.
- Tools: Webflow, Figma, ClickUp, Slack.
Nice to Have
- Experience with home services websites, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar businesses.
- Experience with CRM integrations, online booking, and call tracking.
- Familiarity with domain management, DNS, and Cloudflare.
- Experience improving website accessibility and conversion performance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fully remote - work from anywhere
- Direct access to leadership - no layers of middle management
How to Apply
Send an email to candidates@pmnow.biz with the subject line: "Webflow Developer - [Your Name]."
Include
- Your resume
- Links to three live Webflow sites you built, with one line on each explaining what you personally handled (for example, the full build from Figma, CMS architecture, a migration, custom code)
- A short answer to this: A plumbing client's site was migrated from WordPress to Webflow three weeks ago. Since launch, form submissions are down 35%, call tracking numbers aren't showing on some pages, organic traffic to their service-area pages has dropped, and the mobile PageSpeed score is in the 40s. What are the first five things you'd check, and in what order? Why?
Keep #3 under 300 words. We're looking at how you think and prioritize, not how much you write in this specific case.
No cover letter required. Applications without the specific subject line may be missed. We read every application, and the way you follow these instructions is part of the evaluation.
