Remote – Argentina-based (Buenos Aires)

We're looking for a Designer to bring brands to life through modern design, clean systems, and stunning web experiences. You'll work across everything from websites to ad creative—helping our clients look as good as the work we're doing for them performs. This is a collaborative, high-craft role where great design meets strategic business thinking.
1. Visual Design Across Channels
You'll help build beautiful, effective designs that support both brand and performance.
- Design marketing assets including ads, social graphics, sales decks, PDFs, and pitch materials
- Translate brand guidelines into polished visuals that feel modern and elevated
- Collaborate with Pod Managers and media teams to design creative that converts
- Keep brand consistency across touchpoints while bringing creative ideas to the table
2. Website Design & Webflow Builds
You'll design and sometimes build clean, conversion-oriented sites in Webflow.
- Design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Translate those designs into responsive Webflow sites that look and feel amazing
- Collaborate with writers, strategists, and developers to bring full websites to life
- Understand the balance between design, UX, and performance
3. Collaboration & Craft
You'll work closely with our design team and internal pods to keep raising the bar.
- Participate in design reviews and feedback loops that sharpen our work
- Balance speed with craft in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Bring new ideas, inspiration, and energy to every project
- Bonus: Experience in animation, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus

Who You Are
- 2–5+ years of design experience in an agency, studio, or fast-paced environment
- Highly skilled in Figma and strong experience designing for Webflow
- Confident working across visual design, UI/UX, and branding
- Bonus: Familiar with motion design, video editing, or animation tools
- Detail-oriented, yet fast—you balance polish with practicality
- Kind, collaborative, and coachable—you thrive in feedback loops
- Fluent in English and comfortable working remotely with a global team
