What You'll Do
- Design for Conversion, Not Decoration - Translate briefs and copy docs into high-fidelity wireframes (in Figma), built on clarity, visual hierarchy, behavioral triggers, and persuasive structure—not just aesthetics.
- Build Pixel-Perfect Webflow Pages - Develop responsive, custom-built, and visually cohesive landing pages and microsites in Webflow.
- Optimize for Behavior & Speed - Ensure every design is optimized for mobile performance, fast load times, and user engagement—from the first fold to the footer.
- Design Custom Visual Assets - Create supporting assets for your designs, including branding elements, graphics, icons, charts, and imagery.
- Bring Pages to Life - Implement third-party scripts, tracking pixels, quizzes, dynamic forms, and other embeddable components. Some light custom code (JavaScript/HTML embeds) may be required to enhance UX or integrate tools.
- Tackle a Range of Page Types - Design and build a wide variety of pre-sell pages: advertorials, sales pages, product features, quizzes, listicles, and more—each engineered to drive a specific user action.
- Implement Behavioral Analytics & Tracking – Set up Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager to track conversion events. Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar to monitor behavior and heatmaps.
- Use Data to Iterate – Monitor user behavior and test outcomes to improve design and funnel performance over time.
- Support A/B Testing – Collaborate on conversion experiments using tools like Convert.com or similar.
Who We're Looking For
We don't care about degrees—we care about what you've built. If you've got the experience and a strong portfolio, we want to hear from you.
- 1+ years of experience designing and building web pages (freelance, agency, or in-house)
- Proficiency with Figma for layout, wireframing, and visual design
- Strong Webflow development skills (including CMS, Client-First or similar frameworks, responsive builds)
- Solid understanding of UX/UI for conversion: clarity, friction reduction, and attention design
- Experience creating assets in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Mobile-first mindset and strong focus on performance (load speed, responsiveness)
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, embeds, and integrations (no full coding experience required)
- Comfort working with conversion-focused copy and structuring content for persuasive flow
- Ability to set up and manage GA4 tracking, custom events, and behavior analytics tools
- Familiarity with running and interpreting A/B tests or funnel performance experiments
- Experience designing for performance marketing funnels is preferred but not required.
