About the Company
Waste Protection is a climate technology company building an AI-powered platform focused on waste optimization, tracking, and sustainability across commercial and municipal environments.
We are developing a modern software platform that combines data, automation, and analytics to improve how waste is managed, reported, and reduced. The website will serve as both an investor-facing and customer-facing entry point into the platform.
Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Webflow developer to take an existing Webflow template and transform it into a clean, high-converting SaaS/product-focused website.
This is not a custom-coded project — we are starting from a pre-built template and need someone who can execute quickly, structure pages properly, and refine UX for conversion.
Content will be partially AI-assisted, so we need someone who can structure, refine, and place content effectively, not just paste it in.
Importantly, we are not starting from zero. We have already done a significant amount of work on this project, including brand direction, structure, and internal thinking around the platform.
Project Overview
- Company: Waste Protection (Climate Tech)
- Template: “For Human” Webflow Template (already selected)
- Scope: Approximately 8–13 pages
- Goal: Investor-ready and customer-facing SaaS website
We have existing materials that will guide the build, including:
- Brand direction and positioning
- Page structure and content outlines
- Platform understanding and messaging direction
Your role is to take this foundation and execute it cleanly within Webflow.
Scope of Work
- Customize and restructure the existing template
- Create additional pages beyond the base template where needed
- Adapt layout to fit a SaaS/product-style structure
- Implement strong conversion flow (CTAs, sections, user journey)
- Integrate and refine AI-assisted content into a clear, structured layout
- Align the build with our existing brand direction and guidelines
- Ensure consistency in messaging, spacing, and hierarchy across pages
- Optimize for desktop and mobile responsiveness
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
- Has real experience turning Webflow templates into SaaS/product sites
- Understands conversion-focused design and content structure
- Can work within an existing framework and execute efficiently
- Can refine AI-generated content into something clean and effective
- Can move fast and execute without overcomplicating things
Required — Please Include
To be considered, you must provide:
- Two to three examples of Webflow projects where you:
- Started from a template
- Transformed it into a SaaS or product-focused website
- A brief explanation of:
- What you changed from the original template
- How you improved structure or conversion flow
Submissions without relevant examples will not be considered.
Budget
- Expected range: $1,500 – $3,000 (template-based build)
- We are aligned with market pricing for this scope
Timeline
- Looking to start immediately
- Ideal turnaround: 1–3 weeks
What This Is Not
- No custom backend development
- No complex engineering
- No over-engineered agency process
This is a focused, execution-driven Webflow build with structured content integration.
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience with SaaS landing pages
- Strong instincts for layout and messaging hierarchy
- Ability to lightly refine copy for clarity and flow
Final Note
We’ve already invested significant effort into Waste Protection and have a clear direction in place. We’re looking for someone who can take that groundwork and bring it to life efficiently and at a high level of quality.
If you know how to take a template, integrate structured content, and execute a polished SaaS site with strong flow, we’d like to hear from you.
