About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Webflow Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building responsive, high-performing websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, solid front-end fundamentals, and the ability to translate UI/UX concepts into fully functional Webflow websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain websites using Webflow
- Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect Webflow layouts
- Create responsive, mobile-first web designs
- Implement custom animations and interactions within Webflow
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO
- Manage CMS collections and dynamic content in Webflow
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to deliver high-quality projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience working with Webflow
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript
- Experience working with Webflow CMS and custom interactions
- Knowledge of responsive design principles
- Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Basic understanding of Webflow hosting, deployment, and integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good to Have
- Experience with custom code embedding in Webflow
- Knowledge of third-party integrations (Zapier, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or agency environment
