We're looking for an experienced Webflow developer/implementer who can not only build landing pages but also coach our in-house designer (Figma + Framer background) to become confident in Webflow.
What you'll do:
- Build and ship high-quality landing pages using Webflow (responsive, SEO-friendly, clean class structure).
- Set up components, templates, and CMS structures that our designer can reuse.
- Coach/mentor our designer: help them bridge the gap between Figma/Framer and Webflow (best practices, live reviews, async guidance).
- Provide feedback on design-to-Webflow workflows, helping us improve speed and quality.
Role type: Remote, freelance, part-time (If things go well, this can convert into a longer-term engagement)
Who you are:
- Strong portfolio of Webflow projects (landing pages, CMS, responsive builds).
- Comfortable with class naming conventions, animations, SEO basics.
- Patient and clear in explaining concepts (teaching ability is as important as technical skills).
- Reliable, proactive, and communicative.
