Requirements

This role is for you if these sound like you:

1. You love Webflow. You spend your days (and nights) inside the tool, constantly exploring new ways to push it further.
2. You’ve been working with Webflow for 2–5 years.
3. You have a solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JS—and you’re resourceful enough to use tools like ChatGPT to crack complex problems.
4. You follow class naming conventions like Client-First, Lumos, or similar systems.
5. You care about building things the right way—not just getting them done.
6. You enjoy experimenting with animation libraries like GSAP or P5, even if you’re not an expert yet.
7. You can manage your own workload, handle execution independently, and deliver on complex designs.
8. You want to collaborate with a large Webflow team on projects ranging from single-page sites to 100+ page enterprise builds.

Responsibilities

1. Build Webflow projects of all sizes—from one-pagers to enterprise sites.
2. Collaborate with the design team to ensure flawless execution.
3. Own and manage Webflow-only projects end to end.
4. Provide feedback and guidance to other Webflow developers to raise the bar.
5. Partner with the JS team to bring complex solutions to life.
6. Manage freelancers when needed.
