Pacing Agency is a London-based marketing team that helps businesses grow. We're looking for a freelance Webflow developer to help us deliver top-tier websites for our clients.
We are a small, hands-on team. We cut straight to the good stuff, using data and experience to get results. We're looking for someone who shares that mindset and is ready to build clean, effective websites.
What You'll Be Doing
- Turning moodboards and ideas into initial homepage mockups in Figma.
- Translating detailed Figma designs into clean, responsive Webflow builds.
- Building scalable websites, ideally using the Client-First framework (or a similar system you can tell us about).
- Customising existing Webflow templates for a variety of clients worldwide.
- Helping us refine and improve our design-to-development workflow.
Must-Haves
- A strong portfolio of live Webflow projects that you're proud of.
- Deep experience with Webflow, including the CMS, interactions, and building responsive sites from scratch.
- A great eye for spacing, typography, and structure. You know what good design looks like.
- Experience with Client-First or a similar scalable framework.
- You're a clear communicator, a proactive collaborator, and you take pride in shipping polished work.
