L & S Creative Agency is a fast-moving, design-forward studio partnering with B2B brands and CMOs who want websites that actually convert. We're small by choice, collaborative by nature, and ship a high volume of Webflow work (≈90%) with occasional WordPress engagements (≈10%). We value taste, rigor, and clean systems — and we build Client-First, every time.
We're currently only hiring candidates located in Latin America (LATAM).
What you'll do
- Build and launch Webflow websites and landing pages from Figma designs
- Ensure responsive behavior across desktop/tablet/mobile
- Set up clean CMS structures (collections, templates, filters, dynamic pages)
- Implement animations and interactions that feel polished (without hurting performance)
- Maintain strong on-page SEO basics (structure, metadata, performance best practices)
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and PMs to ship on time
- QA your work thoroughly and fix bugs quickly
What we're looking for
- Strong Webflow development experience (portfolio required)
- Solid understanding of responsive layout and web fundamentals (HTML/CSS basics)
- Experience working from Figma and matching design accurately
- Comfort building CMS-driven sites in Webflow
- Strong attention to detail (spacing, typography, consistency, alignment)
- Clear communication and reliable delivery
- Ability to overlap at least a few hours with US time zones
Nice to have
- Client-facing experience (async updates, scoping clarity, managing feedback)
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices
- Experience with performance optimization (assets, animations, page load hygiene)
- Basic SEO knowledge beyond the basics (schema, redirects, migration support)
