About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and creative Developer to join our team remotely. You'll be responsible for building, updating, and optimizing responsive websites using Webflow and Wordpress, with a strong focus on design fidelity, performance, and user experience.This is a hands-on role for someone who not only understands how to build in Webflow & Drag and Drop tools, but also has an eye for clean design, UX best practices, and SEO fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Landing pages in Webflow & Wordpress
- Translate design mockups into fully functional Webflow & Wordpress pages with animations, interactions, and responsiveness across devices
- Implement best practices for SEO, accessibility, and site performance
- Automate processes using Zapier (ex. Leads from website forms to CRM)
- Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues as they arise
- More developer based responsibilities
Requirements
- Proven experience building custom websites in Webflow
- Mastery of Webflow CMS, interactions, animations, and responsive design
- Strong experience in Wordpress & Drag & Drop tools
- Good understanding of SEO principles, web performance, and accessibility
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications precisely
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely across time zones if needed
- Mastery of Automation tools (Zapier, APIs connection, etc.)
