Role
As a Webflow Developer & Designer. You’ll create on-brand marketing assets and build high-performing Webflow sites with a focus on UX and conversion.
Responsibilities
Web Design
- Design landing pages and UI for funnels and websites.
- Work with the marketing team to conceptualize designs that drive conversions.
- Ensure all design work maintains brand consistency and follows guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and software.
Webflow Development
- Design and build responsive websites using Webflow.
- Translate designs into interactive, high-quality pages with a focus on UX.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
- Implement custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) when necessary.
- Optimize for SEO, speed, and performance across devices and browsers.
- Test, debug, and resolve issues.
- Continuously improve funnels and user journeys for conversion rates.
Requirements
Web Design
- Strong portfolio of website and landing page designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking with a passion for web design.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Webflow Development
- Proven Webflow experience with a portfolio of live projects.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization.
- Experience with mastermind/high-ticket funnels is a plus.
