Role Overview:
We're looking for a Webflow Animator & Developer who's not just a Webflow wizard but also brings a creative edge in 2D/3D animations and GSAP-based interactions. The ideal candidate will help us build visually stunning, high-converting websites with immersive animations that engage users and align with our business goals. You should have a strong design sense, frontend fluency, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries on the web.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive, visually striking websites using Webflow.
- Translate Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds.
- Create engaging 2D and 3D animations and micro-interactions using GSAP and Webflow interactions.
- Implement custom animations and scroll effects to enhance user experience.
- Integrate CMS and Webflow logic to build scalable websites.
- Optimize performance across devices (speed, accessibility, SEO).
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ideate and implement web experiences.
- Maintain, update, and continuously improve existing Webflow projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience with Webflow (portfolio showcasing Webflow + animations required).
- Proven experience in creating 2D/3D animations and implementing GSAP in production.
- Strong background in web/UI design and responsive development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience working with Webflow CMS, page logic, and advanced interactions.
- Solid grasp of performance optimization and on-page SEO techniques.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote team environment.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with integrations: Zapier, Memberstack, Airtable, Hubspot, etc.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Blender, or similar tools.
- Experience embedding Lottie animations or WebGL.
- Understanding of UX best practices and brand systems.
- Experience building interactive landing pages or product pages.
