We're looking for a skilled and creative Webflow Designer/Developer to join our team. This is a full-time role, where you'll be working with early-stage startups and digital agencies to create, improve, or completely revamp high-quality modern Webflow websites. This will be technical interview, where the questions will be based on the technical aspects of the process (Webflow best practices, visual design, responsive layouts, and CMS structuring).
What You'll Do
- Convert Figma or client-provided designs into responsive Webflow websites
- Build and manage CMS collections and dynamic content
- Set up interactions, animations, and conditional visibility
- Use Client-First naming conventions for scalable builds
- Apply basic SEO practices (semantic structure, alt tags, page speed optimization)
- Implement Finsweet Attributes (filters, tabs, load more) as needed
- Debug layout issues and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Maintain clean Navigator structure and organized class naming
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on Webflow experience
- Strong eye for UI/UX and responsive design
- Familiarity with Client-First naming system
- Experience with Webflow CMS and dynamic pages
- Working knowledge of Webflow Interactions/Animations
- Comfort using Finsweet Attributes
- Basic understanding of SEO, performance, and accessibility
- Good written communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and availability during overlapping hours with UK/US
It will be a plus, if you have:
- Experience using Lottie, Zapier, GSAP, Make, or Wized
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices
- Previous experience working with creative or Webflow agencies
