Atomic Health is a digital design agency at the intersection of healthcare and technology, crafting world-class brands, products, and experiences. We’re searching for a skilled and creative Web Developer who will focus on building beautiful, high-performing web experiences in Webflow and Wordpress for marketing purposes.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our design team to bring concepts to life, delivering exceptional user experiences through Webflow’s platform. While expertise in Webflow is the core competency, familiarity with WordPress and Next.js is an added bonus. This is a hands-on role that involves translating design into functional websites and iterating based on client feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality marketing sites using Webflow or Wordpress as the primary CMS, focusing on efficiency, performance, and a visually compelling user experience.
- Collaborate seamlessly with design teams to integrate assets and specifications, ensuring a smooth transition from design in tools like Figma to a functional website.
- Optimize and iterate Webflow sites based on client feedback and evolving design requirements, bringing fresh ideas that align with client and project goals.
- Apply basic JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to customize Webflow experiences and enhance interactivity and animations as needed.
- Support complex projects in a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating timelines and tasks effectively to meet deliverables.
- Stay updated on SEO and accessibility best practices to maximize site reach and usability.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in web development with a portfolio showcasing Webflow-based marketing sites.
- Proven expertise in Webflow, with a solid understanding of how to use it effectively for marketing site builds and customization.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Next.js, and headless CMS technologies like Gatsby or Contentful, a plus.
- Experience with web animation libraries (such as GSAP or WebGL) is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills to engage with team members and clients, ensuring projects align with creative direction and marketing objectives.
- Analytics and integration experience, leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar tools, enhancing website performance and engagement.
