Project Scope
- Goal: Support and enhance our existing website, with an immediate priority on implementing SEO improvements and speeding up design refinements
- Estimated Involvement: ~40–80 hours
- Preferred Start Date: Within 2–3 weeks
- Rate: Php 385 per hour
- Work Type: Remote/WFH | Project-based (possibility of getting more projects)
Working Hours
- Flexible hours (doesn't necessarily need to work PST/PDT)
- To start: 40 hours
- Meetings: start or end of the day (9 AM to 5 PM PDT)
- Communication: WhatsApp or Slack (client available for messages up to 10pm PDT)
Job Responsibilities
- Implement SEO improvements based on an existing SEO audit/report
- Modify and enhance an existing website built in Webflow
- Collaborate with internal design team in Figma to discuss, refine, and implement visual updates
- Provide creative input while maintaining consistency with brand and UX goals
- Execute tasks independently and efficiently
- Communicate clearly about progress, timelines, and challenges
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Webflow
- Experience implementing SEO recommendations
- Proficiency in Figma with strong grasp of design-to-development workflows
- Solid UI/UX design fundamentals
- Experience in client services or consulting (a plus)
- Strong collaboration, communication, and self-management skills
