Overview
We're looking for a talented and detail-obsessed Web Developer and Designer to help us bring high-impact websites and visual systems to life. You'll play a dual role: building responsive, animation-rich websites in Webflow while also shaping clean, modern designs in Figma that elevate our brand and user experience. Responsibilities
Webflow Development
- Build responsive and fast-loading pages in Webflow from briefs or Figma mockups
- Implement custom animations, transitions, and CMS configurations
- Integrate tools like Zapier, Make, and analytics platforms
- Maintain consistency across all screen sizes and ensure performance optimization
- Troubleshoot bugs and ensure pixel-perfect execution
Web & Brand Design
- Design visually compelling website pages, layouts, and UI elements in Figma
- Evolve and maintain visual brand identity across web and digital platforms
- Produce visual assets (icons, graphics, brand documents, etc.)
- Deliver responsive designs ready for Webflow implementation
- Uphold design best practices with a sharp eye for typography, spacing, and usability
Qualifications
- Proven experience developing custom websites in Webflow
- Strong portfolio showcasing interactive, animation-rich websites and brand design work
- Expertise in Figma, web layout design, and visual storytelling
- Deep understanding of responsive design and how visual assets translate into front-end development
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Excellent communication skills with fast response and turnaround times
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and AI-driven design workflows
- Experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects)
