Bloq Labs is a Swiss-based, Polish founder-led digital agency focused on website strategy, web design, and Webflow development. We build fast, clean, and scalable websites for startups and SMEs that want to grow — and don’t want outdated WordPress systems.

Your role
We are looking for an experienced Webflow developer who reliably translates Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow pages, structures them and uses CMS. You work closely with design, project management and (depending on the project) directly with our customers.
You should bring that with you
- Webflow expertise — you don't just build pages, you build systems
- Work cleanly with classes, structure, responsiveness, and performance optimization
- Technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JS — you know what's happening “under the hood”
- An eye for detail
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Remote collaboration experience
- Reliability, personal responsibility and desire to develop yourself
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as Make and Zapier
- Interest in SEO, CMS architecture or custom code snippets
- Experience with demanding customer projects or SaaS products
