# Webflow Build: B2B Marketing Site Rebuild from Polished Mockup (Wix → Webflow Migration)

**Budget:** $8000-12,000

**Timeline:** 8–10 weeks from kickoff

## About the company

Next Gen Vans (nextgenvans.com) is a Brooklyn-based custom vehicle conversion company. We build Mercedes Sprinter vans and Unicell box trucks for organizations that need mobile workspaces — community health clinics, health insurance enrollment teams, nonprofits, law enforcement field operations, and corporate clients. We're the B2B sister brand of Brooklyn Campervans.

Current site is on Wix. We've outgrown it. We've completed a full content strategy, sitemap, messaging framework, and a polished interactive HTML mockup (v6). Now we need a Webflow specialist to make it real.


## What you'll be building

A ~50-page B2B marketing site on Webflow with:

- 1 homepage with custom interactions (full-page video hero, vertical hover-reveal cards, scroll-responsive SVG vehicle anatomy diagram, 3D-perspective marquee carousel)

- A reusable industry landing page template + 4 priority verticals built at launch (we will populate the remaining 5 ourselves via the Webflow Editor)

- 3 case study pages built from a CMS template (so we can add more without engineering)

- Standard pages: About, Process, Technology, Resources, Contact, Section 179, Locations

- **Blog system** built as a CMS Collection. Migrate ~15 existing posts from Wix; we expect to grow to roughly 50 total posts. Template should include: category and tag fields (displayed as badges, no filtering UI required), related posts, author bylines, and per-post SEO meta fields editable via the Webflow Editor.

- Working contact forms and a "Get a Quote" CTA system feeding to email (no CRM integration required at this stage)

- **Webflow CMS plan setup** (or Business plan if total CMS items warrant it — confirm during scoping)

- Clean Wix → Webflow migration with 301 redirects preserving every ranking URL (especially `/post/mobile-clinic-and-outreach-van-price`)

**Out of scope for this project** (we'll handle separately):

- The `/mobile-office-van-builder/` configurator stays on its current platform for now and will be linked from the new site

- Original photography, video production, or illustration

- New copywriting (we have the copy)

- CRM setup itself — just the form-to-CRM connection


## What we're providing

- **Complete v6 HTML mockup** (single file, 50 pages, 99 internal links, fully interactive — your design source of truth)

- **Sitemap and page-by-page content strategy doc**

- **All website copy** (final, written, approved)

- **Brand assets** (logo, color tokens, typography)

- **Existing photography** (van builds, install shots)

- **Project status doc** with brand voice rules and content guardrails

You will not be designing from scratch. The mockup is your spec. Your job is to translate it into production-grade Webflow.


## Required experience

- **3+ years building production Webflow sites** (not just templates — real custom builds)

- **Demonstrated CMS depth**: at least one portfolio piece using a single template to render 20+ items from a CMS collection with reference fields

- **B2B marketing site experience** — service businesses, SaaS, or professional services (not just agency portfolios or restaurants)

- **Wix-to-Webflow migration experience** with documented redirect strategy

- **Schema markup competence** — Organization, Service, FAQPage, Article, LocalBusiness JSON-LD implemented from scratch

- **Mobile-first responsive build skills** with a real understanding of Core Web Vitals

- **Comfortable with custom code embeds** for interactions the Webflow Designer can't handle natively (the scroll-responsive anatomy diagram in particular)

## Nice to have

- AEO/GEO awareness — understanding how to structure content for AI Overview citation

- Experience with GSAP or similar JS animation libraries

- Past work in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or B2B physical-product categories


## Deliverables

1. Fully built Webflow site matching v6 mockup, mobile responsive, deployed to staging

2. CMS collections set up for case studies, blog posts, vertical pages, and resources

3. 301 redirect map from old Wix URLs to new Webflow URLs (every page accounted for)

4. Schema markup on all key page types

5. Form submissions wired to email

6. Webflow Editor training session for our team (1 hour, recorded)

7. Launch coordination with our domain provider

8. 30 days of post-launch bug fixes and minor adjustments included

## Milestones & payment

- **20% on contract signing** (kickoff)

- **30% at staging build complete** (homepage + vertical template + CMS architecture live on staging)

- **30% at full site complete on staging** (all pages, all redirects, all schema)

- **20% at production launch + Editor training delivered**

5. **Your fixed-bid quote** for the scope above and your **proposed timeline**.

6. **Your time zone and typical async response window.**

We'll review applications on a rolling basis and shortlist 3–5 candidates for a 30-minute video call within 2 weeks of posting. Final decision within 3 weeks.
