Job Description
We are seeing success in developing products using no-code / low-code tools like Bubble.io and Webflow, and we wish to further build this as a core competence. As a no-code / low-code developer, you will rapidly develop and launch early-stage products based on designs, branding, and style guides. You will then iterate these products based on user feedback.
Responsibilities 🚀
- Build, iterate, and maintain early-stage products using Bubble.io and Webflow.
- Help triage and prioritize feedback from end-users.
- Instrument early-stage products to measure critical metrics through integrations with Segment and Mixpanel.
- Work closely with multiple business founders and growth teams to understand product metrics and react accordingly.
- Continually build our no-code / low-code development knowledge, staying abreast of the latest product updates and best practices.
About you 💪
- Demonstrable experience building early-stage products in Bubble.io, Webflow, or similar technology
- A systems-thinker, able to create data structures to support a specific problem domain
- A good eye for design and UX - not everything has to be pixel-perfect, but we need to avoid false negatives caused by poor UX
- Can synthesize user feedback and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and progress multiple projects in parallel
- Able to build an effective, collaborative working relationship with designers, researchers, and growth marketers
