About you
The Marketing Full-Stack Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining all CareMax and CareMax MSO web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with UI/UX best practices and a variety of programming languages and technologies. This position will work closely with our graphic designers, marketing team, and internal stakeholders to bring to life our brand, services, collateral, and other website and digital content.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in web development
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, WordPress, and third-party integrations
- Required experience developing on Webflow CMS
- Experience using Figma and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with UI/UX best practices and design
- Experience with conversion rate optimization, UAT, A/B testing, and continuous integration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong portfolio of developed sites, especially on Webflow
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites using Webflow CMS.
- Collaborate with marketing and design departments to build out new sites.
- Maintain website performance and keep abreast of new developments.
- Provide high-quality web development work that is picture perfect and identical to design.
- Provide feedback and ideas for improving website performance, structure, and design, along with related internal processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using a variety of technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, WordPress, and third-party integrations.
- Work with our team of designers to create user interfaces that are intuitive and appealing.
- Write unit tests and integrate our applications with third-party services.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
- Design wireframes and build user interfaces.
- Develop the architecture for front-end applications and recommend use of the best front-end frameworks and toolkits for each project.
