Job Description
We seek a versatile developer to convert Figma designs into custom WordPress themes without relying on pre-built themes, and build advanced websites using Webflow/Framer. This is a project-based, freelance role (remote) with flexible hours.
What we are looking for:
Custom WordPress Development:
- Ability to build WordPress themes from scratch (HTML/CSS/JS + PHP) based on Figma designs
- Experience with custom post types, ACF, and theme optimization
No-Code Mastery:
- Advanced skills in Webflow (interactions, CMS, complex animations) and/or Framer (React-based components, CMS setups)
Technical Skills:
- Pixel-perfect, responsive implementation (mobile-first)
- Clean code practices and performance optimization (SEO, speed)
- Basic knowledge of Git for version control
Freelance Fit:
- Proven experience managing project-based work (end-to-end delivery)
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness
- Portfolio demonstrating both custom WordPress and Webflow/Framer projects
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with headless WordPress setups
- Familiarity with GSAP or Lottie animations
- UI/UX design sensibilities to suggest technical improvements
