About the Role
We're looking for a Webflow-first Product Specialist who gets how websites, automation, and marketing technology work together and how AI can make them smarter.
You'll be the go-to person for Webflow (websites) strategy, setup, and Martech platforms integration, building internal playbooks and helping teams & clients use Webflow (and connected tools) more effectively. You won't be designing or writing - you'll be defining how everything connects and scales across Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, and our MarTech stack.
What You'll Do
- Stay up to date with Webflow features and capabilities, share insights with the team, and document best practices
- Support internal and client teams with Webflow architecture, CMS planning, and feasibility guidance
- Set up and optimize marketing automation and CRM workflows (Brevo, WATI, HubSpot, etc.) across our client
- Integrate Webflow with ad platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools for full-funnel visibility
- Explore and apply AI features within Webflow and MarTech platforms to improve speed, personalization, and efficiency
- Contribute to building Fruture's Webflow Partner practice and strengthen our positioning as a top no-code agency
- Apart from Webflow, be involved and up to date with Shopify & WordPress platforms
What You'll Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in Webflow (CMS, logic, integrations)
- Working knowledge of Shopify and WordPress
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Brevo, WATI, HubSpot, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI tools, Zapier/Make, GA4, Meta Ads, and Tag Manager
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- A systems mindset — you think about how things connect, not just how they look
