Webflow Designer & Developer
Join It is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company helping organisations manage and grow their memberships. We support thousands of associations, clubs, and communities globally with software that simplifies recurring billing, member engagement, and day-to-day operations.
We're a lean, ambitious team with big growth goals, and we're looking for an exceptional Webflow Designer & Developer to take full ownership of our website and broader marketing design output.
This role is for a senior, hands-on designer–developer hybrid who is equally strong in Webflow design and build, and who can also support high-quality design work across key marketing assets. You'll be the strategic owner and day-to-day practitioner, accountable for the quality, performance, and conversion of our web presence, while also supporting design needs across marketing, sales, and growth.
You'll work autonomously, partner closely with leadership, and play a critical role in shaping how Join It shows up to the world.
Responsibilities:
Webflow Design & Development Ownership: Own the end-to-end design, build, and ongoing optimisation of the Join It website in Webflow, including our marketing architecture: pricing page, feature pages, landing pages, and CMS-driven content.
Webflow Performance & Conversion: Continuously improve site UX, performance, accessibility, SEO, and conversion rates through iteration, testing, and best practices.
Design Systems & Scalability: Build and maintain clean, scalable Webflow components and design systems that support rapid iteration without sacrificing quality.
Marketing & Growth Design Support: Provide hands-on design support for off-site assets including:
- Case studies and customer stories
- Pitch decks and sales collateral
- Paid ad creative (static and light motion)
- One-pagers, reports, and other marketing resources
Campaign & Experimentation Support: Partner with Marketing on campaign launches, A/B tests, CRO initiatives, and landing page experiments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to translate strategy, messaging, and product updates into high-quality web and design outputs.
Tooling, Tracking & Optimisation: Support integration of analytics, tagging, and experimentation tools to ensure design decisions are informed by real data.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience in web design and front-end development
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Webflow (complex builds, CMS, interactions, scalable systems)
- Strong visual design skills across layout, typography, hierarchy, and UX
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern web best practices
- Experience designing and building B2B SaaS marketing websites
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a lean, high-ownership environment
- Experience supporting marketing design beyond the website (decks, ads, collateral)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality output
Tools & Platforms (expected experience):
- Webflow
- Figma (or equivalent design tools)
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- SEO tooling (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console)
- Session recording tools (e.g. Hotjar)
- A/B testing tools (nice to have)
- Basic JavaScript for embeds and integrations
