About The Role:
We're looking for a skilled Webflow / WordPress Developer to build high-performance, conversion-focused websites and ecommerce platforms. You'll transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites while managing the full development lifecycle from setup to launch and optimization.
This role requires expertise in Webflow, WordPress, ecommerce development, performance optimization, and custom integrations.
What You'll Do:
- Build custom, responsive websites from Figma designs using Webflow and WordPress
- Develop custom WordPress themes, child themes, and page builder solutions (Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery)
- Create animations, hover effects, and advanced interactions using Webflow and custom JavaScript
- Manage Webflow CMS collections and WordPress CMS content structures
- Build ecommerce stores using WooCommerce, Webflow Ecommerce, or Shopify
- Set up product catalogs, carts, checkout flows, payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal)
- Optimize site speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals (target: <2.5s LCP)
- Write custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP for advanced functionality and integrations
- Handle plugin/theme updates, backups, security, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot bugs, improve UX, and ensure cross-browser compatibility
Must Have
- 2.5+ years experience in Webflow and/or WordPress development
- Strong Portfolio
- Experience with 2+ ecommerce projects (WooCommerce, Webflow Ecommerce, Shopify)
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic PHP skills
- Ability to convert Figma designs into production-ready websites
- Responsive design expertise (mobile-first approach)
- Knowledge of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility standards
- Experience debugging and optimizing website performance
- Familiarity with WordPress plugins, hosting, migrations, and security

- API integrations (Zapier, Make, Airtable, REST APIs)
- Email marketing tools (Klaviyo, ConvertKit)
- CRO / conversion optimization experience
- GA4 setup and event tracking
- Project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday)
- Experience with hosting platforms (Cloudways, WP Engine, Kinsta, SiteGround)
