The Role
This is a full-time, remote position for a Webflow Lead. The Webflow Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing websites and digital products using the Webflow platform. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement creative solutions, and ensure seamless functionality and user experience. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining website performance, and delivering projects within timelines and specifications.
The Expertise You Bring
Required
- 5+ years of professional web development
- 3+ years specializing in Webflow Portfolio, demonstrating sophisticated Webflow builds for B2B or corporate clients
- Expert understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and conversion optimization
- Proficiency in Webflow CMS, interactions, and custom code integration
- Strong visual design sensibility—you understand why something works, not just how to build it
- Experience with booking systems, form integrations, and CRM connections
Preferred
- Experience with the Jobs-to-be-Done framework or outcome-driven design methodologies
- Background in real estate, hospitality, or professional services
- Familiarity with Figma for design-to-development handoff
- Knowledge of structured data and schema markup
- Experience optimizing for Gen AI discoverability
