We're looking for a Webflow developer with strong frontend fundamentals who can own our website end-to-end and help us ship fast, high-quality web experiences.
What You'll Work On
You will own and evolve Docket's entire web presence, including:
- Marketing website revamp and continuous improvements
- High-conversion landing pages for campaigns and experiments
- Product marketing pages and documentation site
- CMS-driven pages (blogs, use cases, resources, comparisons)
- Website performance, SEO hygiene, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Animations and interactions that improve UX (not gimmicks)
This is not a "just implement designs" role. You'll work closely with marketing and contribute to UX, layout, and conversion decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production-grade websites using Webflow
- Translate Figma designs → Webflow independently and accurately
- Write and manage custom CSS and JavaScript when needed
- Build and scale CMS-heavy structures cleanly
- Implement Webflow Logic / Memberships where required
Ensure Best Practices Across
- Performance (page speed, clean DOM)
- SEO (structure, schema readiness, on-page hygiene)
- Accessibility (basic WCAG awareness)
Set Up And Manage Integrations As Needed
HubSpot / Salesforce forms
Google Analytics / GTM
Custom domains, hosting, tools, APIs (Zapier/Make, etc.)
Suggest UX, layout, and interaction improvements proactively
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on experiments and launches
Must-Have Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Webflow experience (non-negotiable)
- Live production websites built in Webflow (must be shareable)
Strong Understanding Of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals
Responsive design and browser behavior
Experience building CMS-driven and scalable Webflow sites
Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with animations and advanced Webflow interactions
- Familiarity with SEO tooling and performance audits
- Exposure to B2B SaaS websites
- Prior experience collaborating closely with marketers
