The Opportunity
TRIFFT Loyalty is a growing B2B SaaS platform in the retail and hospitality sector. Our digital presence is the engine of our growth, and that engine runs on Webflow and HubSpot.
We are looking for a reliable, experienced freelance developer to become our "go-to" expert for maintaining, expanding, and optimizing our marketing stack.
This is not a full-time or part-time employed role. It is an ad-hoc contract position designed for an established freelancer who has capacity for ongoing, varied work. Some weeks we may need you for 10 hours to build out a complex new campaign hub; other weeks it might just be 30 minutes to troubleshoot a form integration.
If you are a Webflow wizard who also deeply understands HubSpot partnerships and data flows, we want to hear from you.
How We Will Work Together
You will act as an extension of our marketing team. We will provide briefs, designs (usually via Figma), and clear objectives. We need you to execute the technical build efficiently and proactively suggest improvements.
Communication is usually asynchronous via Slack/email, with occasional Zoom calls for complex project briefings.
What You Will Be Doing
The role is split roughly 70% Webflow development and 30% HubSpot integration/management.
Webflow Responsibilities:
- New Builds: taking Figma designs and turning them into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow pages (landing pages, new site sections, resource centers).
- CMS Management: Architecting and maintaining robust CMS collections for our blog, case studies, and integrations pages.
- Optimization: Proactively improving site speed, technical SEO foundations, and accessibility.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Fixing bugs, display issues across devices, or broken links as they arise.
- Custom Code: Writing occasional custom JavaScript or CSS when native Webflow functionality isn't enough.
HubSpot & Integration Responsibilities:
- The Bridge: Ensuring seamless data flow between Webflow forms and HubSpot. Troubleshooting sync errors.
- Asset Creation: Building or modifying HubSpot email templates and landing page templates to match our brand guidelines.
- Technical Support: Assisting the marketing team with technical aspects of HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, or tracking pixels.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience working as a freelance developer with a portfolio showing live Webflow projects.
- Webflow Expertise: You aren't just customizing templates. You understand class naming conventions (e.g., Client-First), complex interactions, and scalable CSS.
- HubSpot Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Marketing Hub. You know how forms, lists, workflows, and properties interact.
- Reliability & Communication: As an ad-hoc freelancer, your most valuable trait is reliability. We need someone responsive, who sets clear expectations on delivery times and communicates proactively if roadblocks appear.
- A "Marketing Mindset": You understand that a website isn't just art; its purpose is to convert. You build with conversion rate optimization (CRO) in mind.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with B2B SaaS companies.
- Ability to do basic design tweaks in Figma if needed.
- Understanding of GDPR/privacy compliance in forms.
