Job Summary
The Web-flow & Framer Developer at BoomDevs plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive, high-performing websites and landing pages using Webflow and Framer. This role bridges design and development—converting creative concepts, Figma prototypes, and brand guidelines into responsive, scalable, and visually stunning digital experiences.
The ideal candidate is both technically strong and design-aware, capable of bringing complex UI/UX ideas to life while ensuring performance, accessibility, and clean development practices. You will collaborate with the Design, Development, and Marketing teams to deliver world-class digital products that meet Boomdevs' standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Web-flow & Framer Development
- Build, animate, and maintain responsive websites, micro sites, and landing pages using Webflow and Framer.
- Implement CMS structures, interactions, and advanced animations to bring UI/UX designs to life.
- Maintain clean, scalable structures using proper classes, reusable components, and semantic markup.
- Integrate external services, forms, third-party tools, and APIs as required.
2. Design-to-Development Collaboration
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure accurate design implementation and pixel-perfect output.
- Translate Figma prototypes and brand guidelines into responsive, visually consistent layouts.
- Provide technical insight during the design phase to improve workflow and feasibility.
- Support design teams by prototyping advanced motion and interactive concepts in Webflow and Framer.
3. Performance, SEO & Optimization
- Ensure all websites follow modern performance standards, SEO best practices, and accessibility guidelines.
- Test and troubleshoot issues across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Optimize assets, animations, and scripts for maximum speed and maintainability.
- Implement analytics tracking, structured metadata, and SEO-related enhancements.
4. Maintenance & Quality Assurance
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, bug fixes, and version improvements.
- Conduct QA reviews to ensure client and internal quality standards are met.
- Document build processes, workflows, naming conventions, and handoff guidelines.
- Maintain organised component libraries and ensure workflow consistency across projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Webflow and Framer development (agency or product environment preferred).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and layout architecture.
- Expertise in Webflow CMS, Framer components, animations, custom interactions, and motion design.
- Experience working with Figma or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, and web integrations is a plus.
Design & Collaboration Skills
- Strong visual sense of typography, layout, spacing, and animation principles.
- Ability to interpret detailed UI/UX specifications and deliver accurate, high-quality results.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and user-centered design.
- Strong collaboration skills with design and product teams.
