We are looking for a Webflow Developer (2–4 years experience) who can take Figma/design concepts and turn them into high-quality, responsive Webflow sites. You'll work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to build, maintain, and improve our websites and landing pages. If you love clean builds, smooth animations, and pixel-perfect execution, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Design to Webflow: Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into fully responsive Webflow websites. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Webflow Development & CMS: Build and maintain Webflow projects (pages, collections, CMS structures, symbols, style guides). Create reusable components and design systems to speed up future builds.
Interactions & Animations: Implement Webflow interactions (scroll, hover, click, page load animations). Optimize animations for performance and usability.
Custom Code & Integrations: Add and manage custom code (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript/jQuery) where needed. Integrate third-party tools (forms, analytics, chat widgets, marketing tools, etc.).
SEO & Performance Basics: Follow on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, alt text, headings, clean URLs, etc.). Optimize page speed: image compression, proper asset handling, minimal unused code.
Maintenance & Improvements: Monitor and update existing Webflow projects (content updates, bug fixes, layout tweaks). Identify UX/UI issues and suggest improvements.
Collaboration & Documentation: Work with designers, marketers, and founders to understand requirements and timelines. Maintain clear documentation of Webflow projects, components, and workflows.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Webflow development.
- Strong portfolio of live Webflow projects (landing pages, websites, microsites).
- Solid understanding of HTML & CSS; ability to write clean, organized styles.
- Experience working with and dynamic content.
- Good grasp of responsive design and grid systems.
- Basic JavaScript/jQuery skills for custom interactions and small features.
- Ability to interpret design files (Figma / XD / Sketch) and match them closely in Webflow.
- Attention to detail, especially with spacing, typography, and consistency.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
