Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Webflow Developer with solid coding abilities and at least 2 years of hands-on experience building modern, responsive websites. The ideal candidate should be able to translate UI/UX designs into polished Webflow builds and write clean, maintainable custom code when needed.This is an onsite, full-time role based in our Bashundhara R/A office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality Webflow websites.
- Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect Webflow pages.
- Build CMS collections, reusable components, and structured layouts.
- Implement advanced animations, interactions, and micro-interactions.
- Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance Webflow projects where needed.
- Ensure full responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize performance, SEO structure, and loading speed.
- Integrate third-party tools, scripts, automations, and analytics.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and leadership teams on new features.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform regular site maintenance and updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional Webflow development experience.
- Must have hands-on coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of Webflow Designer, CMS, Interactions, and Editor.
- Ability to develop responsive, modern, visually appealing websites.
- Experience turning UI/UX designs into functional builds.
- Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
- Good understanding of technical SEO, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Must be comfortable working onsite at the Bashundhara R/A office during night shift.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow Ecommerce.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable).
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices.
- Basic graphic or visual design experience.

Shift Details
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM(or 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM depending on Daylight Saving)
Days: Monday to Friday
Weekend: Saturday & Sunday off
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 BDT (based on experience)
