As we scale our marketing and web presence, we are looking for a Webflow Engineer who can build, manage, and continuously improve high-quality web experiences.
About the role
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building and maintaining Ziply's website using Webflow. You will work closely with marketing and design teams to ship fast, scalable, and conversion-focused web pages while maintaining performance, structure, and quality.
What you'll do
- Build, maintain, and optimize websites using Webflow
- Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive Webflow builds
- Manage Webflow CMS collections for blogs, landing pages, and resources
- Ensure strong performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Implement interactions and animations using native Webflow tools
- Add basic custom code when required using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Manage site publishing, updates, and ongoing improvements
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams
- Comfortable collaborating and supporting US time zone collaboration when required
Must-have skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Webflow
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Experience building responsive and CMS-driven websites
- Strong attention to detail and design implementation
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good to have
- Experience with SEO and performance optimization
- Familiarity with analytics, forms, and third-party integrations
- Experience working in a SaaS or fast-paced startup environment
