What You'll Do
- Design and develop responsive, visually engaging websites in Webflow and WordPress.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and full website designs that align with user needs and client goals.
- Translate approved designs into fully-built, functional websites using Webflow or WordPress.
- Build scroll-driven animations, micro-interactions, and immersive motion experiences using GSAP (ScrollTrigger, timelines, and advanced techniques).
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure flawless execution.
- Ensure all designs follow UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and performance guidelines.
- Customize, refine, and optimize websites based on client feedback.
- Troubleshoot design-related issues and ensure smooth handoff and deployment.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of professional experience designing AND developing websites using Webflow and WordPress.
- Hands-on proficiency with GSAP — ScrollTrigger, timelines, scroll-driven animations, and advanced motion techniques.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with site performance optimization and SEO-friendly design practices.
- Ability to work effectively within a fully remote team.
- Strong communication skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly.
- Close attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated digital experiences.
Bonus Points
- Deep experience with advanced GSAP plugins — InertiaPlugin, Observer, or custom easing.
- Experience working in fast-paced agency settings.
- Knowing Shopify and Custom Code
