Role Overview
- Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
- Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexible, as long as communication is consistent)
- Location: Remote within the UK
- Start Date: January 2026
- Review Period: 3-month trial phase, with a formal salary review at 6 months based on performance and company growth.
- Notice Period:
- First 3 months: 2 weeks
- After probation: 1 month
Salary
- Base Salary: £35,000–£45,000 (depending on experience)
- Salary Review: Formal review at 12 months, then annually thereafter based on performance and company growth

Responsibilities
Core Development
- Lead Webflow builds from start to finish — from setup to launch
- Collaborate closely with designers to translate Figma designs into clean, scalable, and responsive builds
- Build well-structured CMS collections that scale easily
- Implement best practices in performance, accessibility, and maintainability
- Use custom code embeds or third-party integrations (Zapier, Memberstack, etc.) where needed
- Ensure consistency across components, naming conventions, and workflows
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work directly with project managers and clients to clarify scope and priorities
- Troubleshoot and iterate during QA or post-launch
- Mentor junior developers or freelancers on best practices when needed
- Stay up to date with new Webflow features and workflow improvements
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of professional experience building custom Webflow sites
- Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, interactions, and performance optimisation
- Comfortable working with custom code, embeds, and no-code integrations
- Strong communicator — able to manage timelines and lead builds independently
- Confident working in remote async setups with accountability
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with GSAP, Lottie, or other animation frameworks
- SEO and accessibility fundamentals
- Experience in agency or client-facing environments
- Experience creating modular design systems in Webflow
